*** July mummies to be ***

How exciting July, I know you want him in there a little longer but It will be nice to know he could be arriving very very soon.
I have had discharge like that through the whole pregnancy so would have thought nothing of it....oops.
So c-section was on Friday and only just able to get up and walk about without feeling sick and dizzy. It's been horrendous and my hats off to those who have one then willingly have another. It is by no means the easy way to give birth.
Baby is doing so well, she's been an absolute dream so far. Hopefully she will continue to do so :-)

So glad things are going ok oneday, hope you start to feel better soon!

Soooo, turns out it is my waters.. so baby is one way or another on his way! I've been sent home and if nothing happens tonight I'm booked in tomorrow at 8.30am!

Feeling very very anxious!

xx

I had a read through of my labour notes from.the hospital today. 6 and a half hours from waters going to giving birth. 2 hours 35 minutes of active labour (4cm onwards) felt much longer than that at the time.

No sign of anything yet, just feels a bit sore down below from all the swabbing!! It's all abit of a shock tbh, I really thought he'd be late!

xx

Do you have any period like pains or backache?

Babies never do what we want them to do. They like to keep us on our toes.

Only mild period pains and slight backache, I just feel exhausted- mw said to keep active but I'm knackered!

X

Omg July that's so exciting. Hope things progress for you. Do you have a gym ball or space hopper that might help?

I woke up soaked, through pad, pants, pj bottoms and the sheet but had nothing since so I'm just assuming I peed really bad. I vaguely remember needing to pee badly early this morning but after a night of no sleep on the wards the other night I was too tired to even get up, I think I fell asleep and just peed. So embarrassing.

If you're knackered try a sleep seriously Hun it'll Help hope all goes well xxx

Eek that's so exciting July!! Keep us posted! Hope things do start to progress on their own for you x

Try to rest Julybug nothing will happen if your too tired.

Well nothing happened over night just lots of period pains and back ache so off to the hospital as planned this morning!

Wish me luck, I'm so nervous!

xx

Good luck! You'll he fabulous, just go with the flow and demand all the drugs you want :D

Hope everyone is doing well.

Finally had my appointment today, she dropped of the entonox and birthing pool.

My tooth snapped last night so am going to get that fixed tomorrow, then it's Jaspers birthday on Saturday and after that I will feel able to comfortably give birth knowing I have nothing else to do!!

Exciting SalisburyMum! I'm not brave enough for a home-birth but I've heard how lovely and calm they can be!

Lots of pressure today, making me feel bruised! Hopefully this little late-comer will arrive soon....
