Not going to deny I'm super jealous of you both!! Huge congrats!!

What a cutie!!

Congratulations oneday, July is a great month to be born (I'm biased as mines the 16th!!)

Let's keep these babies coming!

Congratulations Aurora and Onedaysoon! The July babies are well underway.

I'm fine, all is well, just a bit overwhelmed at the minute. Moving house, three hen parties, two weddings...it got a bit mad there for a minute. Now I'm living in a sea of boxes, trying not to feel guilty that we don't have a baby room yet. We've got a cat room, does that count?!

Good luck to all. I'm dying in this heat, but definitely hoping that Sproglet doesn't make an appearance for a while yet, so I've got a chance to get this place looking respectable. I'm half considering giving the health visitor my MiL's address so she never sees this shitstorm. Oh well, I've probably got another three weeks, right?! Stay in there, little dude!

I haven't got a baby room yet either... I don't even have a watertight roof ATM!

It has been a veryyyy long week this week with the builders here, my house is a tip and I'm feeling pretty fed up to be honest! If LO was to arrive now I would without a doubt have to move into my parents which I really want to avoid!

CNM, I think we are the only ones hoping our LO's stay put!! lol

So. I called triage and had been up there for about 5 hours before they decided that they were concerned with my previous section scar. Been admitted and being given steroids (even tho I'll be 39 weeks on Monday). They are saying that depending on how baby trace goes they might try and "fit me in" for section this weekend. I have no idea what the plan is if they can't as my section isn't booked until next Friday. Do they send me home? So weird being on a ward with loads of newborns. Quite depressing. Hopefully I'll get a shower when my OH gets here with the hospital bag. Steroid jags in the bum hurt like a motherf***er. Feeling a bit sorry for myself...

Hope they give you an answer soon Shaytona. Why are you have steroids if your 38 weeks? I thought they only did that before 37 weeks either way i can imagine its not pleasent for you.

Asked the same thing. Apparently if you're going to go natural they won't give you them but if risk of c section they give them right up to 39 weeks even if you're only 2 days off... :(

The stabbing pains in my cervix are increasing, each night I get them and HARDER AND HARDER each night. Then it all dies off.

Went to see Germaine Greer tonight! She talked about bees a LOT

Well. After some painful bum injections turns out in fine to go home and wait it out until Friday. Baby is 4/5ths engaged, so not sure it that means that I could labour before Friday. Dreading the thought of that now and just wish I'd booked my section for 39 weeks back when I had the choice.

After worrying LO had gone abit quiet, I can now feel him on the opposite side so maybe his twisted round!? Is that even possible if his engaged? Worried he may have disengaged?

Getting abit of Gooey discharge today (sorry tmi) no tinge of blood or anything so don't think it's my plug?

xx

My baby pops in and out of engagement every day.

It's normal in subsequent pregnancies!

Not so common in the first but really nothing to be worried about x

Didn't think the plug had to be blood tinged could just be coming away in bits. Was told any discharge that was waxy or snot like varying from opaque/cloudy/green bogey or bloody tinged was more than likely plug. Could be the beginnings JulyBug

Must be something.. just keeps on coming, it's just clear slimy discharge, not big amounts but every time I go to the loo. I worry though in case it's my waters.. it wouldn't be dischargy though if it was waters would it? xx

Not sure hun. Sounds like the same as mine and they said at triage that it looked like gradual plug loss but my waters were still in tact. They don't seem to provide much information as to what is going on lol. I asked what a contraction would really feel like, and my answer was oh... You'll know.

Well my movements have definitely reduced, she's still there and wiggling about but not nearly as large movements. Have had a blissful respite from the toe curling, horrendously uncomfortable cervical pains I'm
Getting every single day now.

Germaine Greer last night, Jaspers 7th next Saturday and I'll be ready to have this baby!!

Morning ladies, is no one else had their baby yet? Common lovelies haha today is the first day after my emergency c sections I feel I've pushed it a bit far hubby is exhausted so I left baby sleeping next to him and got up with our toddler but I think it was a bit early to do so but I don't want my hubby exhausted all the time xxx

Well I'm off to the hospital this morning to see if it is my waters or not.. woke up to my underwear being soaked so she said it's best to come and get checked.

I'll keep you updated!

xx
