I wish I could sleep that much!.. I am exhausted too, the smallest of things are making me very tired.

I'm still tossing and turning at night struggling to get comfy, I literal cannot wait to be able to sleep on my front!

Officially 39 weeks! Woohoo.

Feeling pretty good just very tired! I'm trying to rest as much as possible, want LO to stay put for now!!

It's my due date today and have a sweep booked in, so keeping my fingers crossed!!

Hope the sweeps kick things off! Am I right in thinking you don't have to have one if you don't want too? I don't think I want one if offered one next week, I'm happy to wait and see what happens!

Yep you're right, it's completely your choice! You can even refuse induction if you wanted to, just means they'll keep an extremely close eye on you when you go quite overdue. I asked my midwife to do one for me cos I was worried about my blood pressure keep creeping up! X

Really hope the midwife gives you a sweep today Aurora, I'm sure baby won't keep you waiting too much longer.

So if baby hasn't turned I'm looking at just one more full day of being pregnant! Excited and nervous x

Oh how exciting!!

Have you been trying to get LO to turn or just leaving it to fate?

My LO is giving me horrible pains when he makes big movements, His head is really creating some pressure down there!

No i have just left it to what will be will be .

I have found the movements really uncomfortable this time to the point where I feel sick they are so big.
It will be typical that because you would like for him to stay in a little longer he will make an early appearance. X

I've been in so much pain!! Restless legs causing me just so much pain at night.

Then all night and all morning I was in pain, walked into town and had to stop every few feet because the CRAMPS and pressure on my cervix were just too much.

All has stopped now of course, just chilling tonight.

So bored and pissed off with people

Midwife went ok this morning. Had a sweep and she thinks i will be in labour soon. I then got sent for a scan as bump was measuring 35 weeks instead of 40. Which is a big change from last week but the head is very low she could just feel the top of his chin so i think thats why. Anyway went to the hospital for the scan only yo be told they wont scan after 38 weeks so thatvwas a waste of time.

Oh and i Dtd then went for a long walk. Dont really know what else to do now.

Ooo exciting Onedaysoon!

Salisburymum, restless legs irritates the hell out of me most nights but I find that shaking them and switching sides helps!

Aurora sounds positive then! I had my sweep today and she said I'm already 2cm dilated and she could fit two fingers in! I had a bit of a show but no plug yet and no cramps really other than having period pains whilst she was doing the sweep. What are everyone's experiences? I feel gutted I'm still not in labour!! But surprised I've got to 2cm without noticing!

I've been 2cm for a week and still nothing. She could feel babys head and said waters were bulging so i have lots of signs but nothing happening. Next appointment on the 13th which i think i will be going to at this rate

Just wanted to pop in and say goodbye to tri 3... my little lady came 2 weeks early after 4 days on contracting every 5-8 mins we ended up with an emergency c section after failure to progress.. absolutely gutted but she is here safe and sound..
