Apoocalypse! Horror. Is it bad that the stack of clean towels is what bothers me the most?! Well, good luck with that...
I tried playing classical music to the bump, but I got bored so now it's Book of Mormon and I'm singing along merrily. I swear, working from home is the best/worst thing that's ever happened to me.
The stack of clean towels sucks, the fact that the majority of it is on the beautiful bedspread that I bought for each of the boys so that's been soaking in the bath all day.
He's also poo'd on the edge of my bed, which need scrubbing off, boiling the water to do that now
It's just crazy here. I've got to get the bedrooms and the bathrooms clear then I can think about having dinner. I might have to order in I don't think I can bare to cook tonight
I could happily punch someone right now. Right in the face
no one in particular. Just someone.
I will be using oils and have some idea of what to do. You want to burn some in a burner if possible and also mix some (just a few drops) with a base oil and use on your feet and back.
There are a few spots you should go for, ankles and heel on your feet is good as is around your hips and shoulders.

Don't punch me. Are you okay? Xxx
Other than Clary sage and Lavender what oils would you recommend. What base oil is the best to use. I have almond oil is that ok to use?

Not suprised after the day you had. Hows your son feeling now?
Ah that's the other one, Rose Oil for helping the placenta out.
So clary sage for the massage
lavender in the burner
then rose in the burner for the placenta delivery
or on muslins so you can breath in the scent (if in hospital)
