Oh PB, this is just amazing news to get up to. Thank god you ignored advice and went in. So glad it was all over quickly for you. Similar happened to a friend and she ended up giving birth on the corridor floor just outside maternity, lol.

I really hope you can get some rest now and be duly sarcastic to the silly midwife telling you it was just BH.

Ooh lovely that you’ve finished for your leave KHTW, I’m jealous

I think my OH is experiencing a nesting instinct rather than me... he’s become a cleaning demon - im just leaving him to it!

Fela my OH is the same with nesting! The other day I had real bad BH and he just ran round cleaning everything, set the car seat up in the car and made me practice getting it in and out, cot and moses basket set up. He even emptied the airing cupboard out and refolded the towels! It was quite funny to watch but annoying too as I could only sit there and watch him run round like crazy hahaha! Think he thought baby was coming there and then!

Ahhh PB fking midwives knowing it all! Sounds like one hell of a labour hun but at least baby is here safe and sound. Good on you for listening to your body, as if by that point we don't know we're in labour!

Congrats lovely. How does it feel being a mum of two now? Get some rest and enjoy your bundle Can't wait to see a pic of the little troublemaker! xx

So today I don’t feel pregnant and my stomach isn’t as big she’s had hiccups this morning and small movements but not like normal. Should I worry?

She could have dropped Amy? I barely have a bump anymore because he's dropped so much! Nobody told me about the looking fat not pregnant stage at the end of pregnancy too hahaha

2 hour wait for midwife appointment and my midwife wasn't even there because of a home birth call out. So wasn't able to do my birth plan in the end

Baby is 3/5ths so she did drop ! Everything else is fine im seriously considering going for the homebrith now.

Any baby could have dropped a bit like Jem said. If you're worried about lack of movement though I'd call just to ease your mind. When you drop you do look a bit less pregnant I think though. Xx

No fluid loss, I’ll give it a couple of hours incase she’s having a lazy morning if no change I’ll go in.

Yeah, go in Amy, they really do want us to get any changes checked. I'm sure all is fine but best to go anyway.

PB, deffo got your dates wrong didn't they. How wonderful to be able to go home. Have they told you his birth weight yet?

This baby is so far down!!! Hiccups now being felt in my vagina, crazy crazy feeling. Got my scan today and consultant at 2, looking forward to seeing exactly where this little monkey is as I'm convinced he's very very low down and will be surprised if he's not engaged x
