I think I'm gonna have to head up maternity tonight ladies. Little man is in his second day of reduced movement. Still feeling the odd wriggle but its definitely been less the last two days.

Got myself into a bit of a panic about it tbh even though I know I will go up & he will be moving around like no ones buisness!

This will be my 9th time though!!

Ive been up there sooo many blinking times its unbelievable!!

Are they giving u a scan hun? Id ask for one for reasurrance cos even listening to his HB and going on the trace can mean sod all ( not that i think anything is wrong ) but it be nice for u to see him again aswell xx

Hope everything is fine with your little man - I'm sure it will be and like you said he will be moving about like nobody's business once you get there and calling you a liar lol. Still best to get checked for peace of mind no matter how many times you have been before xx

Just on my way in now ladies, phoned up and they told me they were really busy so drink something cold & lie on my side (even though i had tried this already) so I did & still nothing so I'm going in.

I'm sure all will be fine but ill keep you all updated x

How many raspberry tablets are you taking a day ? Mine are 400mg .. Took one a day this week and took two today but it says take three to six a day ? I thought better start off slow as I started at 32 weeks ??

Just saw your post saralouise hope your all ok last time I went they couldn't get a trace because she wouldn't keep still which is embarrassing .. They do put us through a lot of worry these ikkle baby's x

Hey girlies I am back home now. Was a bit of a nightmare tbh...

Baby would not move! Midwives tried everything! Made me jiggle around, tried lying me on my side, lying me with my bed tilted down, gave me ice to munch on, tried a hot drink, tried squeezing his head/legs/bum, everything... They did an emergency scan with a crappy old machine and the doctor was poking him but nothing. Heartbeat is absolutely perfect, fluid is great & everything else like placenta & cord seems to be good but for some reason he doesnt want to move. They have booked me in for a scan tomorrow to check what's going on but they think he's probably just being lazy.

My pee did show I had a bit of a uti which she said can make babies sleepy, and she wasn't happy with the colour of my discharge (she had a gander at my pad haha) so has sent off a vaginal swab which I should have to results of in a few days. Although they didn't tell me what they were going to do with either bits of info so I dunno.

So I guesa its just wait & see now. Hopefully he perks up tonight or tomorrow!

Just got a phonecall from a very worried midwife saying there is no way they should of sent me home if they couldn't get him to move, so I have to go straight back down to be on a trace til my scan later x
