My baby shower is arranged for the 18th may, excited!!


And oh is coming round to the idea of a 3d/4d scan! Yay!! X

Woohoo !! Where are you having it?
I feel a little nervous in case she looks really ugly lol. That's partly the reason why I didn't book mine before 20 week scan cos I wanted them to do all the checks at the hospital first in case they told me something was wrong at 4d scan.
Don't worry everything will be fine - and I'm sure she's still a girl lol xx

Morning ladies, hope you are all well! Loving the pics of the 3d/4d scans I am still tempted to have one but hubby is having none of it, mainly because he knows I'll find out the sex and we are meant to be staying team yellow!!

Had a bit of a scare yesterday baby had been quiet for a couple of days and woke up yesterday morning with a horrendous headache and swelling in my face legs and feet, needless to say I freaked. For some stupid reason I went into work and then called the midwife about 10 who told me to go in and get checked out... all was fine thankfully and apparently swelling was just down to the change in weather.

Taking my mum to the airport today she is going to America until the end of May to see my brother and his brand new baby my Dad is joining her out there in a couple of weeks going to miss her so much!!

Ahh i hate having scares
Nothing worse when baba is being all quiet!
Even tho its not exactly a heatwave its still warm so that probs the cause of the swelling. Hope it calms dwn for u!

I went to the cinema lastnight to see olympus has fallen (hello gerard butler yum yum haha) good film!! But spent most the film clutching my bump to try and stop the noise from scaring noah lmao!! He jumped a few times bless him! And jesus the seats r mega uncomfortable!!!!

Gutted cos hangover 3 and fast n furious 6 i out ina few weeks.. Dno if i can cope!! Lol

Well its a lovely day in cardiff again! Better get the washing on the line!!

Dani I know what u mean about being uncomfortable, we went for a meal and I was sat there like god how hard is this chair?! Haha! I'm useless now, need to carry a cushion round with me everywhere haha
Can't wait for hangover 3! Gona make it a date night with oh and go in the posh bit with the comfy seats!

I want a shower... but i know the 2nd i get naked the postman will arrive!! He turns up at stupid hours now!!
I have 4 things waiting to be from ebay and i have a feeling a few might be today!
Change bag and Noahs wall sticker are the two i know that hell end up taking bk down the post office.. he literally knocks once (if at all) counts to 5 then runs away with my parcel... NEVER gives me chance to get to the door lmaooo!!

How much newborn stuff r u buying?
I packed his bag yesterday for the hosp and i only have 3 sleepsuits and 5 vests in newborn!!! and the vests r boring!

Might pop to asda and get him another pack.
I dno how long he will beeeeee, ill take a 0-3 to the hosp aswell just incase and his going home sleepsuit is up to one month size from next so i think thatll be fine, if anything slightly baggy...

So bloody hard to judge. Hes sorted for 0-3 tho! think he has enough sleep suits n vests for every day!!!!!!!! xx

Haha Thanku! I love Layla and my little boy is now referring to bump as Layla grace, so will just have to see what oh thinks quite exciting in a way not knowing, nice to have something to decide when she's here

And clothes.... I've got 2 newborn sleep suits, which I will be taking in my hospital bag, and im taking one which is from next and the size is "up to one month" which is slightly bigger than newborn.
Vests in newborn size should be fine, I'm only taking a coue in newborn size, 0-3 will bury a newborn so I wouldn't take those. You'll be suprised how big even newborn clothes are on a baby, unless you have a whopper!! Haha! Just take a couple in newborn and a couple in 0-3 just incase, not like they're gona take up loads of room!

And in the wardrobe I have loads of 0-3 outfits which I bought new, and my friend has given me a lot of her daughters things as she is 4 months old now so when she grows out of her clothes she passes them on to me haha! She's a lifesaver! So I've got a load of newborn and 0-3 sleep suits from her, as well as vests and tops.

I wouldn't go mad cuz when he's born people tend to buy outfits, but I found a lot of people said the same thing "oh I didn't buy newborn cuz I knew you'd get loads of that size".... So everyone seems to get u 0-3 haha! So is say as long as uve got a good amount of sleep suits in newborn then ul be fine, think iv got about 10? Not expensive ones tho cuz they really don't last! X

hey girls just a quickie message before i take dog for a walk....just got back from midwife appt....she measured my bump and hes above the graph line measuring as 29 weeks when im 28 weeks...so think hes gonna be a big one lol

she also said she was surprised i hadnt heard from physio and to text her tues if not heard anything by then for her to chase it up.

she did hb and said he sounded happy i said he should b hes taken up residency in my ribs lol

anyway hope all you lovely july mmmies are well. me and hubby gonna have a nice night together tonight with meal and cinema (nice to do it now and again as we are living with my family so it gives us some "us" time

naughty physios, mine took a few weeks to get booked in, but spesh with ur slipped discs they need to sort u out asap!!

My lil chumbs haas been measuring 2/3 weeks over since 24weeks lol! But it might be the about of water we r carrying plus placenta positioning plays a good part!
God my app in the morning, see how fat ive got within the last 3 weeks lol
