***** January 2015 Mummy's *****

Well Bloods, chest X-ray and ct scan were all clear. Here's hoping it stays that way. He's on surveillance for 5 years. Very happy!!!

Perfect news mrsw. Now hopefully you can enjoy these last few weeks

Fantastic news Mrs_W, what a relief for you both. Time to relax, enjoy your Christmas together and get ready for baby to come :)

Megs, that sounds horrible for you. That's one of the worst things about being pregnant I think, is there is virtually nothing you can take or do when you are ill apart from suffer through it. Hope it clears up soon xx

Thanks so much ladies. Obviously I will alway worry but know the chemo has so far made sure that there is no spread of cancer will make our Christmas so much nicer.

Great news Mrs w! Here's to a happy and healthy 5 years and beyond!!
I've been in bed most of today, the pain is pretty tough to deal with, it's just so much worse than its been for the last week and a half!

mrs w incredible news! so.happy for you and hubby!

ive had a meltdown this evening- bad braxton hickd but in my.back as well- got upset because i have no idra how to tell the difference between bh and the real thng? i never had one with my son x

Aww jolly. Must be awful. I haven't had any sore BH but they are getting more frequent. Stomach just goes like a brick. Not very comfortable.

Mrs W - really pleased for you & your husband to hear this good news!! Must be such a relief. And just in time for the baby too!

Megs - sounds really rotten, I hope you feel better soon hun!

Jolly - I don't think BH hurt. If you're getting pain then that's something to watch out for. I get BH an awful lot - tummy goes hard/pointy/misshapen for about half a minute, sometimes comes with a hot flush, but basically it's not uncomfortable. Don't know about BH in the back I'm afraid! x

Have just ordered a co-sleeper crib for baby (snuzpod) - so happy to finally get that over & done with! (OH wasn't sure about best cot options for a long while, fortunately he bumped into one of his friends last weekend who raved about a similar product).

Oh god Jolly, how weird, I had what felt like painful BH in my back last night too! I think I had just done too much in the day and in the lead up to putting J to bed and it just ramped everything up. I was worried as they don't normally hurt me, and definitely not in my back, but it was all ok after I had a nice warm bath xx

I swear this baby is set on tormenting me.

Didn't feel her at all yesterday from about 4pm onwards. Tried all the tricks and nothing worked so about 10pm I got dressed, dried my hair and was having a little cry when she decided to wake up.

Left it a little while, had loads of movement but rang triage [or whatever it is - maternity assessment unit?] and they were happy that all seemed OK.

She then decided to keep me up most of the night having a party

She scared the shite out of me though, I never had anything like this with James? I was assessed at 38w but that was due to my high BP and not baby.

I can't take 5 more weeks like this though?

X
