*******February mummies 2015*******

Bumps are looking lovely ladies! Both of your bumps look different! Amazing what a week or 2 can do & how much it can change!

Hope you feel better soon nice, I couldn't imagine having the flu now! As if we're not uncomfortable enough as it is!

Gosh, sooo windy today! I made the mistake of walking to the shops for some fresh air before, I just feel so lazy.. Hardly doing/done any fitness, just trying to potter around the house doing jobs to keep active otherwise baby will be staying put til the very end! Pelvic pain is getting the better of me today though :(

Xx

Had my 38 week midwife appointment today, baby is all well.

She spoke about my iron levels being low and to take supplement, what annoyed me was at my 36 week appointment midwife picked up on this and told me to eat leafy veg etc and make sure I take pregnacare.. Today's midwife spoke about iron supplement and said levels had been low since beginning of pregnancy, it's amazed me that I wasn't told this before and now im coming to the end they bring it up!! Doesn't help I see a different midwife each time I go.

Hi ladies! Sorry I haven't been on in a while, I see congratulations jnyfer are in order! Won't be long now and we'll have lots of February babies :)

Little man today at 36 weeks.

Can't believe the difference in bumps in a couple of weeks.... crazy!!

Xx

Lovely bump starlight, def can see a change in the second pic.

Thats annoying Missy, ive been lucky enough to see the same midwife each time but can imagine how frustrating it is getting conflicting info.

Pip I had planned on going for a walk today but saw the weather and quickly changed my mind. Instead I've tried to organise the kitchen cupboards a bit more (defo must be nesting!! Lol) but think ive just rearranged the clutter if anything;)

Lovely pic mrst! Xx

I'm so so tired!! Last day at work tomoz, eek!!! Can't believe it, feeling rather scared now, I've never not worked before. Being a stay at home mum is going to be so different, but hey oh a challenge I'm very much looking forward to xxx

Cosmo I feel the same, really apprehensive about when matt goes back to work, am hoping I'll be kept busy by chloe!

Mrs t dexter looks massive now :). Wish id had more scans looking back

Oh gosh MrsT, lovely pic but Dexter is sooooo big now!!

Just lying on the sofa in agony with my back & I have one wriggly baby tonight! This may be a tmi moment so I apologise....!! Has anyone had baby lying in a position where you can feel it in your privates!? I keep getting a little tickle down there when baby moves, is this the norm!?

I do think I've nested today, sorted out our bedroom and baby Pips room, stuff to go up in the loft & put everything together that's to go in the wardrobe (when our furniture decides to arrive next week!) up to date with washing, no wonder my backs in pieces!

Xx

MrsT that pic is lovely ^-^ Im jealous you got a pic so far on!

Pip, yes! Ive had it for a while now where I can feel fingers down there I swear. And sometimes punches SO hard, I feel like a hand may fall out and start waving at me. It's painful??
Nesting is a good sign! ;)

Bit of TMI... Has anyone had a lil bit of a discharge disaster happen at all? All the way through its been increased but today, just now I was literally dripping :/ It's creamy white and pure liquid. I thought I did a lil wee but definitely not lol

It's such a weird sensation! Not sure if I liked it or not lol! I had some spotting too, I'm guessing this is my cervix loosening or whatever they say!?

My discharge has practically stopped!? Not really sure what could be flick, are you worried about it? Our bodies do the craziest things

Xx

Thanks ladies! I didn't expect to get one as all the scans the past 4 weeks in Liverpool and I hadn't even seen his profile! The scanner ladies were sooooo lovely and understanding tho.

I've had a bad back since quite early on pip and would recommend literally padding out where you sit and when you sleep.... sleep on a bit of an angle if you can as it has helped me so much! I have 6 pillows in a long sorts of directions on a night but it's helped me so much!!

Most of the time when Dexter gets hiccups it's like he's trying to get escape lol! It's s weird sensation isn't it

Still getting quote a bit of discharge but it comes and goes throughout the day. There's quite a lot when I have it but not to the extent you've had flick.

Xx

I'm the same flick! But I have had thrush and a water infection! But it wil come on and off! I don't think it's anything to worry about as our bodies change all the time xxx

Flick - I had that this week, thought I'd peed myself (again!), was pretty horrid, seems to happen in the morning more.

Had 36 wk midwife check yesterday and bubs is well engaged according to midwife. Finally packed hospital bag yesterday and ordered the last things we needed from john lewis.

Hope you are all feeling well. X

Flick I had it too randomly the other morning. I reckon it builds up over night, gross!!

Today is my first day of maternity, so exciting!

I've had lots of discharge and thrush, I can't remember how it feels to not have thrush lol. I haven't had as much as that though flick.

I'm currently complaining to stagecoach, on my home from work yesterday a road was closed so the driver said he couldn't get me home and dropped me off under a flyover in the middle of a main road with no where to go, heavily pregnant and freezing cold. I was fuming! A woman was threatening to jump off the bridge so I couldn't even walk home! Hubby had to pick me up and drive a different way around, I don't see why the driver couldn't have just gone that way, as you can tell I'm fuming haha!

I was in such a good mood leaving work, they gave me a very generous boots voucher and I'd said my goodbyes then that lol.

Oh glad I'm not the only one :P It happened randomly last night. Sorry >. < Hubby saw it on my fingers and had a split second panic and asked if it were my waters lol! 'Fraid not!
Wish I had some signs though. Im due in 5 days now :o

Baby_C, good news about work but the bus situation is sh!t! Is there snow where you are??

I hope something happens for you soon flick! I'm due in three weeks so am hoping for no signs just yet, I want some rest first!

No snow here thankfully :) supposed to be coming in next week so knowing me I'll go into labour when we have a ridiculous amount of it lol

Is anyone thinking of reflexology to get labour going? Have made an appt for due date.
Snowing outside so chilling on the couch watching the Australian open. No signs of anything starting but since hubby still offshore till next week that is fine by me

Flick i had it last night and this morning...
Didnt quite make it to the loo in time, so the OH spent 10 mins cleaning up after me (Sorry TMI...) but i think hes now realised what i go threw on a daily basis xx
