I'm getting a sweep on due date but hoping something happens between now and then! I'm not trying any remedies at home as I don't wanna tempt fate if my boy isn't quite ready!

I have had lots of watery discharge like many of you have mentioned- maybe it's our bodies being super cautious and making sure we're clean?! It's gross but I suppose it serves a purpose!

Aldi baby events are fab- I bought some brilliant Nuk toys last time that were £8 each in boots but £3 there, got one of every style (animals) and got muslins and blankets. I'm all done for now as I won't know what I need until he is here (more nappies/clothes or other contraptions)! X

I must resist going into any more shops! I don't need anything so mustn't buy anything I badly wanna buy clothes as it's the only thing I haven't really bothered with this time. Had all the gender neutral stuff from my son! And we're yellow again! CAN'T WAIT to go crazy haha

Zoe, that's a scary thought. Im counting down the days. Wondering if im guna be late, how late? Am I ready? What about my son? Ahhh!

Baby's going bonkers right now. It's guna burst out alien style any minute :/

I find it so hard that your classed as term from 37 weeks, I have been waiting since then for labour to start and im now due in 4 days yet could go 2 weeks over!!! So frustrating as I feel like I have been pregnant forever!

Can't wait for something to happen!!!! Xx

We're due the same day and I totally get what you mean!!

Im not too fussed about waiting the 3 weeks prior to due date but knowing that i could go over by another 2 whole weeks kinda sucks.
People have told me that each day you're 40+# it feels like another month to wait for baby. Not looking forward to that although I am expecting to be late!

I know Flick I nearly passed out when the antenatal class midwife told us all to add 12 days into due date as that was more reliable!!!!
I was 12 weeks prem and I always thought my baby would be intime or early not late! Maybe he's not as impatient as me and takes after his dad who was 2 weeks late and over 9lb! X

I worked out if I have to be induced due to going overdue it will be 1st March! I want a Feb baby, she is not allowed to be that late!!

OMG! I think I had contractions every 20 mins 3am-7ambut then they stopped?!
I am now totally in a panic after complaining and waiting for labour that im not ready!
I'm running round the house getting beds stripped, cleaning, hoovering and im gonna try and get my hair done today before I have a tag along!
I haven't slept a wink all night! It's also thick with snow here, schools are closed!
Any movement with you ladies? X

Morning ladies,

TERRIBLE nights sleep last night. Went to bed about 11 and after eventually falling asleep woke at 1.30am for toilet and that was it!! Feel like an afternoon nap will be on the cards later.

I really dont need to buy anything else but still tempted by ewan the sheep. Where did you ladies get yours from?

Im struggling with the thought that if I go over I could still have another 4 weeks to wait. Im sure baby will keep me waiting xx

I got my ewan from mamas and papas but it's only because I had xmas vouchers for there from friends. I got last one. Have a look on Amazon but everywhere do price match now and boots sell him! Xx

Selina, were they painful? Or tightnings or both? Could they have been braxton hicks?? This is exciting! ^-^ But I'll be well jel if you go into labour like tonight lol

It's a pain that there is no way of knowing.
My waters broke on my due date last time and my son was born the next night. I have high hopes for this one doing the same XD Going to the farm today which will be a good few hours walking around and then off to BIL's birthday get together. Baby can stay put today but as of tomorrow... GO GO GO!!!!

Looks like a few of us had a rough nights sleep.
I was nodding off about 1, to wake up at 3.30 and be in so much pain i ended up on the couch reading threw all the 100 pages of this thread lol!
Im so tired now tho. An afternoon nap is defo in order today.
Im guna get my hair cut short today, had enough of it being longish and want to be ready for when the little 1 arrives xx

The rough nights are crap. You'd think our bodies would be more sympathetic on the run up to labour!

Just been to the loo and have lost loads more of the mucus plug. Still like snot and not tinged with blood but there was no blood with my son either.. oooohhhhh ^-^

I had an AWFUL night aswell last night, went to sleep about 11:30ish and then wide awake at 11:20 thinking I've been asleep for hours!! Nooooooo!!! OH happily snoozing away, I was so jealous! I finally managed to get back off & had the strongest Braxton hick ever about 3am, It seemed to last forever!

Get all your jobs done an then hopefully baby might make an appearance! I'm going for the sweep today ladies, if it's not going to cause any complications then why the hell not. We're all ready for baby now

Ooh hopefully it's a sign then flick, we may have 2 or 3 babies this weekend!! I am hoping for a February baby though so Sunday will do me nicely!

I got my Ewan from amazon but know babies r us had it on offer in store the other weekend.

I hate to rub it in but for the first night in ages I slept really well and my mum has just called and woke me up at 10.00! Hubby has had day off due to snow. .. its terrible here.

I'd love to see a few babies this weekend too so get bouncing on them balls.

After reading all the posts about Ewan the sheep I bought one from amazon. Anything to help bub sleep is worth a try.
Sleep is also being disturbed by heartburn, sore hips and toilet stops.

Been doing lots of pooping I know tmi) and had bad windy pops too so not sure if that's a good sign but im dog tired after having no sleep.
I did manage to get my hair done and im gonna do some jobs round the house then go back to bed.
I'm hoping my pains were labour and not just bad tummy after eating way too much yesterday!
Signs are good for you ladies and let's keep fingers crossed for at least 1 feb baby this weekend! Xxxxx
