Ok so im 1 hour its my due date !!!! ive been waiting for this day for soo long, and willing this baby to Hurry up .... But now the day is nearly here, i am pretty nervous and feel the total opposit ... ive got an consulant appointment tomorrow for a stretch and sweep .. and ive a feeling it wont go ahead as little mans head is always poping in and out my pelvis ... another thing is im really nervous about his size, his head and shoulders feel huge .. im going to see if im able to have a growth scan tomorrow to as im really anxious about his shoulders getting stuck... :/ ... sorry i think its finally hit home ..

So ive been getting period type pains since about 9pm. Started timing them and they are roughly 10-12 mins apart atm but feel to be getting more painful. The pain lasts 40-50 seconds before subsiding. Ive been to the toilet for a clear out (sorry tmi) could this be the start of something? X

I am so tired but just can't sleep, and when I do fall asleep I either wake up for a wee, or wake myself up snoring!

This time next week I'm going to be pooing my pants, lol! At the mo, I'm more anxious about having to fast than anything. C sec booked for 3pm but have to fast from 7am!!!

Pains are now 7-8 mins apart and still lasting about 50 secs. Just taken some paracetamol, trying desperately to get some sleep but its not happening. Not sure at what point i would phone mau xx

Mrs Johnson ooooooo how exciting! Give them a call even if just for reassurance!
I've been having pains bur still irregular but last 2 hours been 2 to 3 mins but for about 40 seconds! I called midwife just as so close and as I could speak through them ish she said pain needs to be worst so I can't talk!
But it just reassured me! Me and oh are currently on the sofa with the duvet I've had about an hours sleep!
People say rest but I can't sit really through a contraction I like to move a out! I've just had my 3rd bath and another poo lol so let's see what happens! Keep us posted mrs Johnson xx

Ooh yours sound promising too. Im trying to hold off ringing atm because i can still talk through the pain just about but its defo getting stronger and more frequent. Oh is snoring away lol. Might get up in a bit and try a bath. Trust me to go into labour (hopefully this is the real thing) on friday 13th!!! Xx

I've now gone to 5 mins apart! Lol but least pains still there! There defiantly stronger compared to ones when my waters broke!
I'm already tired!
Try a bath, it helps the back pain if you have any! Also a hot water bottle has helped me every so often!
I know friday the 13th! !!! I wonder if one of us will have a baby before midnight lol!
My dad and cousin were both born on a Friday 13th LOL So quite nice if baby was born then!!
Your strong for not waking oh I can't keep still lol xx

I got up as was too uncomfortable in bed and pain seems to have settled a bit!! Not sure if thats coz of the paracetamol aswel or what??!! Back still aching but pains back up to 10-12 mins apart. If this is a false alarm i wont be happy lol. Either way think im in for the long haul!!
Spooky how your dad and cousin were both friday 13th babies...think thats a sign for you!! Xx

Keep it up ladies! ^-^ It's so exciting!
I held off ringing the hospital til my contractions were every 3 mins apart lasting 1.5-2 mins each. Ouch lol Well worth doing so though as they kept me in and I was in established labour already.

Hoping for lots of baby news today! Will try and keep up inbetween snoozing and being a cow xXx

Hey ladies, mine been coming for the last hour at 3 to 4 mins for about 40 seconds to 1 minute!
Getting stronger! Keep napping but so tired!
I have to call the hospital at 8am about being induced due to waters - do u think they wil induce me or leave me abit longer?

When did your waters break Rachel? Sounds like your labour is progressing nicely I wouldn't have thought they'd have to induce xxx

Rachel hopefully they won't induce if your contractions are regular enough, and they can see progress with them

Well that great news to see lots babies making signs and on there way we had another little bit of crampin but all gone again if no show by Monday we are at midwife for what we can do just want baby to come naturally x

Well i eventually managed to sleep from 4am until half 6. Sicne waking ive had the odd twinge but nothing like last night so seems things have stopped or slowed right down at least not quite sure what to do now....should i just let OH go to work as normal? Really thought last night was the start of something but maybe not after all xx
