Thank you! This was month 7 of trying for our third child, I know I should be grateful I have two children already but I can’t lie and say I’m not hurting and discouraged. Also my periods lately are regular but my cramps are getting worse every month, and I’m light headed and just feel very ill.

Are you anaemic? I get very light headed, dizzy and tired and I am anaemic. It might be worth checking into.

I am trying the clear blue advanced ovulation tests this cycle I’ve had 3 days of flashing smileys now and my cheapies are almost positive. I’m on CD19 so it looks like my cycles might be trying to be back to normal x

I did another pregnancy test today and now it showed 2-3 weeks pregnant which is one week’s progress from last week. I also visited a doctor today because of the sudden pain I had two days ago and brown spotting. The doctor performed a vaginal ultrasound and said that it looks like I’m very very early. He also thought I might have a miscarriage, because of the spotting, but he also said it could go either way. My uterine lining was very very thick he said so if I don’t get my period, which should be super heavy if it happens, during the next two weeks, I should do another pregnancy test (in two weeks) and if it’s still positive they will do a blood test. So for now we’re just waiting to see what will happen. Feeling calm and positive for some reason.
I’m also writing this not to make people feel sorry about me, but more so that others can read about different experiences during early pregnancy.

Try not to worry.
I spoke to epu on Monday about brown discharge and they said it can be normal. I'm still having it now but I'm trying to stay positive. As long as its not red it should be OK.
They should hopefully see more on a scan in a few more weeks. How far gone are you now? X

For some reason I am not worried. I have a total and complete calmness about it and I can’t explain why.
The thing is that I am not sure how far I am cause my last period was September 20. I have been under a lot of pressure and stress for the past two years so I connected the absence of period to that. I was doing 2-3 pregnancy tests every month since then and this is the first time in my life I have a positive result. I’m 31 btw and never been pregnant before, but also haven’t tried to become pregnant. I got off the pill in March 2020 and we have been kind of trying since then with no luck though.
Clearblue showed 1-2 weeks last week and 2-3 weeks this week. I do another test in two weeks of heavy bleeding doesn’t happen and get another appoint then do to bloodwork as well.
The doctor could barely see anything so he said I am very very early. He also said I shouldn’t be super hopeful, but we are no matter what. It is much less discharge since yesterday, barely anything, so we wait and see now. <3

Hey, I replied to you about this in another thread, but I just thought of one thing... if you wouldn’t know that you’re pregnant and would have brown discharge, how would you react to it then? I probably would start to suspect that I’m pregnant. Many women have spotting and even some bleeding during pregnancy and everything turns out well in the end anyways. So like I said the best is just to try to stay calm and positive.

So sorry lovely, hopefully it turns out to be normal but unexplained pregnancy bleeding for you, I’ll keep my fingers crossed, have you done another pregnancy test to see how strong the line is? X
 
They think I'm miscarrying. They can't find the sac or anything and based on me now passing clots it's highly likely im miscarring. They've took my bloods and I've to go back Tuesday for them to take my blood again to see whether my hgc increases or decreases, but she said based on the scan and what I'm passing, its more than likely a miscarriage.
