Kaylip, I had no symptoms with my last pregnancy, and not really any so far with this one (except this damn bleed I wish they'd call back about).

Seriously, make the most of feeling well. Some of the related symptoms (sickness, for example) can be inTENSE.

Ive found the sickness and nausea horrific. I guess i could have had it worse but im just taking the sign that its a good sign maybe??

Finally heard from EPU.

Got an appointment for next Wed morning at 10:50...

What's an EPU appointment?


In other news, got my 12 week scan through the post when I got home earlier...
Tuesday 23rd December!

Finders crossed I get there.
Now til Wednesday won't be fun.

Glad you have an appointment cheap is Wednesday and not now. Are you ok? Any cramps? Also great that your first scan is before Christmas!

Midwife phoned at about 530 yesterday and said shed come round.for 930. I am now up panicking that the house is too messy, too cold, not nice enough! Lol stupid really!.xxx

Debating whether or not to tell them...
I was gonna, then I had the bleed yesterday and won't know what's going on until Wednesday...
Then I got my scandate through for just before Christmas...
Although I won't see them again until mid-Jan...

I think I'll end up telling them anyway... I reckon mammy will probably guess, to be honest...

I guess I'll see how the day goes...

It might be nice to have their support, especially if you're anxious about what's happened.

I'm still on a total downer, convinced myself something's wrong. Still no return of the nausea, last 2 nights I haven't really needed the toilet, just got up when I woke up to make myself feel a bit better and I've had feelings in my tummy since last night. Not really crampy or painful but they weren't there before.
I just hate, hate, hate not knowing.

I'm feeling very much the same
I'm so worried that baby is not ok in there and the not knowing is driving me crazy
I just want my scan letter to come through so I have a date to set my mind too
I tried using my Doppler the other day and couldn't find baby so that disappointed me too won't be using it again for a few weeks because I kisy get my hopes up and then feel anxious when I cant find baby

I just want to know baby is ok : (

Got awful tummy ache this morning
No pregnancy symptoms besides bloat and odd sickly feeling now and again : ( x

Yes I have been getting this in my right ear, to be honest I didn't even think of it being down to the pregnancy! It's funny when you feel like crap, you also feel amazing, because you know baby must be coming along nicely

Attended my first Xmas party last night, and managed to get through it without giving anything away x

I told my friends I was skint so might as well be designated driver as can't really afford to drink, nobody even questioned it! The hardest part was trying to keep up with them on the dance floor x

Hi Ladies, had my early scan today at Meet My Baby - fantastic news saw and heard the heartbeat - 164 beats per minute, and baby measuring 1.87cm - so about 8 weeks and 3 days which puts me forward slightly to 15th July although scan this early has +/- 3 day accuracy, so won't change edd just yet! So happy and feel I can relax a bit more . Seeing a heartbeat at 8 weeks give us a 98% chance of continuing to term! We got a CD with 20 pictures on, plus the notes the sonographer took and two print outs which we will be putting in parents Christmas cards to tell them.

Hopefully have attached a picture!


Boosh - I know you are going there tomorrow for your scan too - it's really nice and I hope you have the same result!
