Went for scan - early wet myself waiting! Lady said I had a nice full bladder though

Saw the sac and then she did an internal scan (thank fully after letting me go for a wee!!!) and saw little bean and saw a little flicker of the start of a heartbeat - sooooo relieved!

And also now know that I am 5+4 weeks - so was out by 10 days originally but cycles have been messed up.

Thanks all, feel like I can relax a bit and get a bit excited. Know its still not guaranteed but there's a heartbeat so its a good start. Think we are going to tell FIL/MIL this weekend - not massive keen as his mum is a bit too much for me and will just get far too excited about the whole thing. But they have to know soon, as my family know and DH wants them to be in the loop.
