Hello ladies I'm new to the site so apologies for any mistakes. I'm just going into my 2nd trimester and have had really bad abdomen cramps the entire way through. Although 2 scans have proven nothing to worry, a strong heart beat and the baby dancing like a 90's raver I have not stopped worrying since I found out I was pregant. I assure you, you should be fine, as long as the bleed is controllable and does not require you to change your bottom clothes, then you should be fine. Please keep updated.
