Got myself registered! So I weigh in on a Tuesday, my starting weight is 10st 13 and target is 8st 7 if you could add me? Fingers crossed I lose weight!!
I'm just back from weigh in and lost 4lbs! Which I'm amazed about as I was away last week and I had pizza, fish and chips, ice cream, fry up etc. I have done loads of walking which obviously helped with the weight lost. 1 more lb to go for my first stone off!!
Do you do body magic? If you find you do some walking it's worth noting it down. Anything for an extra sticker!
I got slimmer of the week as well this week First time Ive got it and felt it was a bit rubbish. I shared it with another lady and because the actual SOTW wasnt at group she got the sticker and certificate and I got a clap lol. We had to share the fruit box too but I just took an apple for the journey home and said she could take the rest I wanted a sticker Ah well. Always next week.
I have just made and eaten chicken meatballs and vegetable casserole, the recipe says to make with pork but hubby doesn't like pork and he is eating the same as me makes it easier.
I have also walked to the supermarket every day for the ingrediants as we don;t have the money to pre shop at the moment.
Weigh in tomorrow for my first week, had a couple of slip up's but here's hoping....
Yeah, feeling a bit more positive today thanks Kayelle. Have been good all day and not had any syns till 5 mins ago when I had a Turkish delight No idea how many syns they are?!
