**September 2020 Mummies**

Just grab my daughters newborn and 0-3 bag off clothes and their in the wash.. I will do my sons next. If I have a girl all my boy bits can go to my nephew who's due in July. Feeling like I want to get the wardrobes and drawers all ready and get organised abit.

Anyone else feeling big. I feel like my belly button might actually pop soon. I was never like this with the others. I've been lucky with the other babies not to get stretch marks but this one I feel I will get my stripes. Keep putting on my lotion anyway.

Great news on the scan today Amy! Another girlie! I’m sure I’ll even things up on Monday a bit.... I would honestly die of shock if I have a girl! Don’t mind either way though :-)

@TTC no2 Im feeling big and haven’t even hit 20 weeks yet. Much bigger than with my son. I’m getting really bad reflux/heartburn which I never had with him, maybe this baby will actually have some hair!

@JennyS85 I've had a bit of heartburn aswel. Need to get some rennies or something to help as I've nothing in house for it.

I'm definitely feeling bigger already. And in the evenings it seems massive. I feel as though my belly button could pop this time too. It didn't last time but it seems to be a lot shallower already.

I went through all the baby clothes when we moved DD out of the nursery and into her new room the other month. Threw away everything stained (amazing how milk stains develop) and grotty. But I need to have a proper sort through now we know it's a girl, check numbers of things for different sizes, etc. I'll probably put in drawers but not wash for a few months. Got a few new bits I need to sell on eBay too (didn't wrestle a 0-3 month child in a tutu skirt and tights last time, and won't be doing so this time) but waiting for lockdown to ease.

Need to make a proper list of all the things we need too. New mattress, new dummies, muslins, etc.

Exciting. But also a bit 'arrggghhhh, this is real and I need to do some stuff', haha x

I don't feel that big yet, but then I am the biggest I have ever been so loads of belly already for baby to hide in lol I've not gained any new stretch marks in my pregnancies, just have the ones from when I was younger and piled on weight. I've had awful heartburn from the beginning this time, been on omeprazole tablets for it from 10 weeks. Amazing stuff as don't get hit with it now, although I did get heartburn quite a bit before pregnancy too so guess I'm just prone to it.

I've yet to go through any of the baby stuff I have yet as it's all the loft, after 3 babies I know there is a lot to sort through. Especially clothes, I will have to see what I can do with all the boys clothes I have! I only plan on getting vests and sleep suits for the first few months anyway, not bothered with outfits as they just seem to be a faff when baby is small!

Well ladies, after 3 generations of girls, we are finally giving the family a boy :) I’m in total shock, because I honestly thought it was going to be another girl!! Everything ok, and baby was a bit cheeky apparently :)
Was lucky enough not to need to pay for photos as partners couldn’t come :) got to the car and cried my eyes out haha! Xx

Awww massive congratulations on your little boy chickadee, boys are amazing!

Seeing as so many of you have been sorting out clothes I have finally dragged myself up into the loft and found some of the baby bits. Found the car seat, bouncer, play mat and Moses basket and stripped them for washing. Not sure how some of it with be as it has got a bit of mould on them. Read that white vinegar is good to get rid of it so giving that a try before I panic about having to buy new stuff. Also found plenty of newborn and 0-3 white vests and a few neutral sleep suits that I can reuse. Was quite sad sorting through all the clothes and knowing I won’t use most of it again.

Thank you ladies!!! Just can’t believe it’s real :) so after grandad passing away a couple of months ago, I rang grandma to tell her that I will be putting ‘Albert’ as his middle name on behalf of grandads memory! She started crying bless her!!! Still can’t believe it’s a boy though! So excited! Xox

Congratulations chickadee!

ive spent the last two days washing girl clothes and sorting all the boy clothes to go to charity or a friend. So feeling more organised but it’s a huge job!

I feel big and uncomfortable because sciatica and pelvic pain are troubling me almost constantly right now but just have to power through it!

appoiintment wise I have midwife next week and diabetes one start of June but they said it’s just a blood test after fasting and not the usual carry on with needing to do a drink then another test. I’m due to have growth scans but none booked in yet x

Ladies should my pregnancy notes have an updated graph on it from my 20 week scan? I have a graph at the back of my notes but there is nothing plotted on it at all? Should there be? Xx

Hey @chattychar1990 , I'm pretty sure they only start plotting on that graph from your 25 week appt. If you are just on normal normal low risk pathway (without scans etc), they just do this by bump measurement. Its not massively accurate but just looking at consistent growth. By my chart from my son, he was supposed to be 10lb++ but came a week late at just over 8lb xx

That’s great. Thank you Jenny. I think this maybe is going to be a big one so I will be Intrigued to see what my chart looks like xx

I feel breathless today. I'm also feeling little kicks now just by my ribs where as before they were still pretty low and mostly on my right side.
My fitbit is telling me my heart rate is high when I'm hardly doing anything. Feel so uncomfortable when I sit down too.

@Rose83 I can sympathise with the pelvic pain and the sciatica. I had awful sciatica last year and during my last pregnancy to the point I ended up in hospital for 2 days with it! I've got pelvic pain if I do too much and then suffer for a few days after until I overdo it again! I was so happy to see that the GTT was just a fasting blood test this time rather than that horrible drink and hang around the hospital.

@TTC no2 according to my notes my 1st and 3rd were on the 5th centile and 2nd on the 11th centile. But my chart from last time where I had a lower bmi they were 1st was 8th centile and 2nd 16th centile. I guess having a higher bmi they expect you to have a bigger baby! Wow kicks up by your ribs already, I still feel like baby is only below my belly button still. I hope you don't feel too uncomfortable and breathless for top long.
