Thanks Helen we really enjoyed the Hypnobirthing and it's already calmed me down thinking about the back to back situation! At my 34 week one it was birth plan week and the usual BP & urine

Not long now Tessa!!!!! Are you excited?

I have lots of period pains now and lost a bit of plug two days again, getting close aren't we ladies!!

I went to the lakes yesterday as OH's sister and the kids are staying up there for the week, we had such a lovely day, boat rides and fairground with the girls and a lovely tea out. Seeing OH with his nieces got me all emotional and excited for him holding our own little girl !!!

Getting my nails done today and food shopping with my mum for the baby shower, going to stay at mum's too I think and go see my dad tomorrow. Xxxxx

I've still not lost any plug but I am getting some really weird discharge. The joys of preg eh.. pads before baby, massive nappy pads after baby. Lol
Aww it will be lovely bunny seeing your OH with your daughter. I can't wait to see my OH cuddle his daughter! It was so weird seeing him with our son as he was never really a child person before then.

I can't do much at the moment. OH has been great this week on his week off, housework, helping with food prep and dinners etc x

Seeing my hubby being a dad and how much he loves our son has made me love him so much more. You really do see a different side to them, even if they're the most loving person anyway, it's just different and amazing. You'll love it Bunny. X

Aww thanks ladies ! I honestly can't wait, we spoke about this years ago and everyone told us we were too young and we wouldn't last it's amazing seeing how far we've came. I do love him even more already knowing I'm carrying a part of him and he says the same about me. Excited for our family more then ever, 29 days till my due date!!!!

Weathers awful here today, you ladies up too much?

I can't wait to have my nails done , 6 months without them I feel like a man haha xxxx

I've not lost any plug either. Didn't last time and my section was 2 days before due date. There was no sign of her coming at all!!

35+5 bump picture ! She hasn't half dropped and I didn't think I could grow anymore but I have!

I only lost a tiny bit of mucus plug, having pains today , headaches and felt really nausea's all morning xxx

Quick bit of advice ladies, I am only 34 weeks but am measuring at 39 weeks and my midwife says it is fine and she won't do anything about it. I am not happy as I thought if you measured more than 3 weeks ahead you were meant to get checked out?! What would you ladies do? X

A she's definitely getting low! I've been told I'm carrying low now but I actually don't think I am.

Today I keep getting really out of breath doing the housework, sitting down every 10 mins! Getting nowhere. The plan was to sort lots out for baby today. Like get the moses basket sheets washed and set up, make room for bottles, steriliser etc and sort her clothes out. Doh! Also hospital bag needs doing. I think my morning jobs may take all day! X

I'm feeling left out as no symptoms yet, even BH would be good to give me a sign!

I had 34w midwife this morning too, usual measurement, wee dip, any questions. I waffled on about a few things and some notes for my birth plan but she didn't really prompt anything different, unless I just said it all. Baby is in a good position, head has lowered into pelvis and all set for the birth centre. She reckons he'll be about 8lb but more long as opposed to chunky and me and bf are both 6 foot tall.

Anyone getting awful nightmares at the mo? not helping with the no sleep situation and even my pillow is losing its magic x

What position was baby in H? Sometimes that makes a difference.

Dr said there may be a mild infection but not that should cause the pain. The pain is getting worse, it's constant but then becomes stronger. Girls are moving loads but no pains in my tummy. I've let the idea that it might be the start of something wash over me but just pacing about at the moment as it really is a horrid niggling pain. X

No, I don't want to take anything in case it gets worse and I really need something. Having a lie down now and the sharp niggly pains are easing so probably just nothing! Let myself symptom spot - dammit haha xx

Ohhh exciting Gilly! You are 35 weeks now too, remember that comment you got about that being average time for twins to be born?

I have measured 2-3 weeks ahead at last couple of appointments which didn't worry me at all but just a bit concerned that it has now jumped to 5 weeks difference as I have even been eating better etc. baby still head down facing my back but not engaged. Midwife wound me up though as she forget I had pph with daughter and keeps suggesting water birth which I am not allowed, she wants me to do a second gtt even though first came back clear, she forgot to do regular blood checks for anaemia, she forgot I had a scan for low lying placenta etc etc. today she started saying weird things about not wanting to worry me and give me conflicting advice to my Dr and then wouldn't tell me what she meant. Every question I asked she wouldn't answer and she is really winding me up. To make it worse OH thinks I am wrong to have any concerns and even had the cheek to say I stress too much and was silly to go to hospital the time I bled and the time I nearly collapsed in pain in town. Nearly punched him one so he has been banished to swimming now as sick of his stupid remarks today.

Oh dear, your midwife sounds like she is really on the ball!!
Yeh I would be concerned with it going up to 5 weeks. It's getting a bit late on to do a gtt again now! Hope when your OH comes back from swimming that everything will be good

Has everyone had whooping cough jab? X

I had a really awful nightmare the other day, woke up screaming was horrible. I don't normally get nightmares either. These hormones hey! Haha.

Oh Gilly I am too excited really hope it is something! I'm excited to do your thread no matter how much of a short thread it is. We need some babies in here

Yeah my bump really has dropped a lot I think, keep having comments that I won't make my due date but I know it really doesn't work like that.

I had the whooping cough jab xxx

Sorry your app was pants H, doesn't sound like your mw has been much help. Get that second opinion to put your mind at ease. It seems that most blokes are being a bit rubbish at this stage. I feel like mine has lost interest a bit but it's different if they're not feeling things daily like we get to and come to all the apps. I think they just rely on us to know what we need to do when we need to do it x
