*~*~* September 2015 Mummies *~*~*

I always found I felt like I had had a quieter day with my son when I was busy or stressed, I think you don't notice the movements the same. :)

I'm looking forward to getting the text off you Bunny to say you're on your way!

I might not tell you girls when my section date is, so that is still some sort of element of surprise! :D

Ohhhh so exciting about the sections ladies! I find out if I need one on Tuesday and if so I think it will be nr the same weekend as you Michelle as was told they normally do them at 37 for placenta issues :) I am actually kind of getting into the idea of a section now so I bet knowing my luck my placenta has moved and I end up giving birth at 41 weeks like last time hahaha x

Bump feels very sore this morning, think I might of overdone it this weekend!

Hope everyone has a nice relaxing week x

It's so nice not having to go to work this morning. We're stuck in the house today though as we're having new wardrobes fitted and the boiler serviced. We go back to the consultant tomorrow so should find out if this baby is the right way up fingers crossed x

I'm off until Wednesday have the mil coming around to paint my stairway while hubby is away. I'm going to feel so guilty just sitting on my behind not helping, but its too high. Think I might sort the junk room out and have a clear out.

You'll be pleased to know noone was under the bed Gilly lol I watch far too many crime shows! Hope everyone has a good day xx

Ohhh how exciting h we mayb the same time then. I have pit my bump support on today n it does seem so odd!! Almost like baby will b squashed in there. But I thought it might help with the housework esp hoovering.

Can't believe it's raining here think I will have to pop to mums later just to get out the house!!

Enjoy your days of not working! I'm only on a 7-2 today but the first 2 hours have killed me already :( currently eating my apple feeling sorry for myself! :( lol x

Roll on 2pm Kelly! *hugs*

Just put O up for his nap, can hear him banging around though. Got housework to do but sat down for 5, got a horrible pain in my bump, it's a really tender spot. I'm assuming it's a limb or something pressing for a while.

Hope the bump band works Michelle. :) x

HELP!

I called in sick this morning like I said I would, meant to be in at 11 and I'm exhausted. The ASM said can I go in please as he has all Monday's jobs to do as well as train a new starter up, I feel like saying tbh that's not my problem, I've stayed later then I wanted to help you guys out and it's turned out being harder then I thought which happens. I've never been pregnant before and even if I had I never knew how my body would handle it this time!

Feel like sacking it all in now. He came in yesterday for 3 hours to do paperwork, seen how sick and tired I was he could have sent me home and I'd probably have been rested enough to go in today x x x

Just checked my countdown app on my phone as I looked at my ticker and realised the number of days left is based on 40 weeks...36 days!!!! Holy crap that seems close! You'll be the same won't you Michelle?! :D

That is so out of order! If it was me I would just say look I am really sorry but I am too sick to come in today you will have to find someone else. At the end of the day hun it isn't your problem, he sounds like a shit assistant manager to put you in that position! You really need to rest hun xx

I have , I said exactly what I wanted too which is good for me normally I'd have caved and gone in. The worst of it he's been my friend since school but as good as he is at his sales job as an ASM he's really struggling but is leaning on me a bit too much which is why I'm so tired I think. I'm coming to the end of my time there and I'm doing more then I ever have, that's wrong haha! Pissed me off yesterday he came in and ended up staying 3 hours to sort paperwork , he may as well have worked and let me come home and rest Xx

Just say no. He can't make you and he is being totally unfair even putting you in this position by asking!! I think he is taking advantage of the fact you have helped out so much. Put your foot down and explain you're unwell and have been advised to rest, that your baby is your priority.

Maybe chuck in a "and I'd hate for anything to happen whilst I was at work, especially as I've explained I am unwell..." xx

I think I have 40 days to go 5 wks sat!!! God that's far to scary to think about.

Bunny I'm glad u Said no bugger them they shudnt put u in the position u need to rest.

Don't go in bunny! You and baby are priority - sometimes working with friends is great but sometimes the lines of professionalism can be too blurred; as a decent AM (if not a friend) he should also be putting yours and baby's wellbeing first. You went in on your day off to help out and you've stayed past your requested maternity leave date - empathy/leniancy has to work both ways. Sorry I don't mean to criticise (especially as he is a long time friend of yours) but selfish people really piss me off - and you only realise their true colours when you are the one in need of a little empathy for once.

I'm feeling pretty good today - somehow managed to have quite a decent nights sleep! Though I've had to take my wedding rings off and my toes look like little cocktail sausages! Bp is fine so assuming a bit of swelling at this stage is normal.

Xxx

Thanks ladies !

Don't apologise summer your spot on! He's been so selfish and I just can't bare it, feel like really leaving them in the shit and going on sick this week after how I've been made to feel but I'm bigger and better then that. Wound up I asked for one day and they've asked me to go in.

Currently lay in bed in our new house eating fruit, baby seems a lot more active now I'm resting and everything I do is for her so I won't be made to feel bad x x x

Good for you hun! Totally agree that he is prob expecting too much of you simply because you are friends and that is really cheeky x

Aw guys, it seems really close with everyone nearly finishing, I've still got 6 weeks of working but it is from home so not too bad and 57 days till baby is here according to my app. Had my hospital tour yesterday and the active birthing rooms are really nice! Parent classes start tonight too so seems a bit more real.

Bit of a random one but is anyone going to the loo (no2) a lot more? I've been constipated for the last 30 odd weeks and now going at least once a day which seems a bit ridiculous, lol, sorry tmi. Have a lovely day ladies x

Ps. Bunny, agree with the others, sod them, you've done more than enough and you've more important things to consider now x
