Our TTC Weightloss Thread

I never did exercise as a child an find it difficult to get into it now, even with the dogs i go at a snails pace...

I could only survive the gym with my iShuffle but i've lost the charger and considering it was only £40 itself i'm not paying £15 for a bloody wire, i must find the one i lost *sigh*
 
i am charging my ipod as we speak......wiped the dust off. ha ha....'considering' walking to my mums tomorrow for lunch and OH can meet me there in the car to drive me home after...its about 2.5 miles...ish...xx
 
i enrolled in a womens only gym yesterday so i'm starting monday!!
not looking foreward to it at all!! all those fabulous skinny girls doing their stuff and red faced me panting and sweating trying to keep up :rofl:

i've heard ice cold water last thing at night helps you to loose weight but i hav'nt tried it myself!! :eh: not too sure bout it but i'll give it a go too, i have only weight to loose :)

Try not to be too embarrassed. My worst gym moment was me on a cross trainer all red and sweaty and these two lanky teen guys came in and sat on a weight machine opposite me and started laughing at me.

They were laughing on the other side of their face when i jumped on the machine after them and started pulled twice whet they could manage :)

Everyone is there for the same reason and at an all womens gym you can just look and admire what your going to look like in a few month ;)
 
Hey, dont know how to reply to a singke post but someone asked does ut have to be green tea? The answer is yeah it does for weight loss boost but it is minging on its own. Raspberry and other flavours is the way to go!
 
so green tea with rasberry or orange or something?
 
I just worked out...I have 43lbs to lose to get to my target ttc weight of 10 stone......if i lose a nice steady 2lbs per week...that will take me about 21 ish weeks...so about 5 months. That will take me up to September, so then if we ttc then....i will be about 2 months pregnant for wedding...perfect!! should still be able to take advantage of my new slim figure in my wedding dress...

and...

if i'm not pregnant by wedding...bring on honeymoon baby!!!

i know it's waiting a few months but i would prefer to be at a healhty weight bringing a baby into the world....dont want the 'risk' conversation with the midwife again this time,,,,,plus i just want to have more energy...i am so unfit at the moment...i need to get my fitness levels up or im really going to struggle when pregnant..

so all in all...a sensible decision reached me thinks...plus i get to save more pennies so i can have my 12 months off work with baba.. :D

Start weight 9 stone 12 lb, Goal Weight 9 stone 2 lb - current weight = 9 stone 10 lb (8 lb to go)

Am still bursting out of my wardrobe at the moment so there's only one way to go and it's not buying more clothes!! xx
 
i'm going to make saturday mornings my weigh in day if anyone wants to join me...? xx
 
much better than a monday....lol...then if you want to have a treat at weekend.......u have time to make it right before the next saturday :D xx

Saturday is good with me :)

I weighed in at 11st 2lbs this morning BUT the rest of mothers day was a bit of a fail.

I had my morning smoothie, followed by a hot counter sausage AND chicken breast with bread AND coleslaw :wall2:for lunch, followed by not one but two teeny tiny (but still wrong) pieces of sponge cake. I didn't have my evening smoothie to try and make up for it :(

I did go for a long walk too...

I guess my pig out could have been worse, but i was hoping i'd be strong enough to resist cake :oooo:

Starting weight 13 stone, current weight 12 stone 12 pounds. First goal 11 stone anything else would be a bonus!

Brilliant! I've just responded to another thread suggesting exactly this before I realised you had already done it!!

Saturday morning! Great, 5 days away! I can work to that. Just weighed myself, fainted from shock, revived and fainted again! Goddess it's awful! I'm a starting weight of 11 st 12 lb please. I've never been so heavy, I think I've been in denial these last few weeks, and with the bad ankle I seem to have put on about 8lb, which is ridiculous! But no more excuses, its well enough to walk on now, though maybe not to jog, but I can diet and walk. My goal weight is to get under 10st, so I guess 9st 13lb. So I'm starting right here right now!
 
well just been to tesco and have bought and am drinking some green tea with orange and lotus flower.....it's not exactly a lovely brew but i can just about stomach it...if it's good for me...lol

how many of these should i be drinking a day and can i have normal brews too??? xxx
