2nd week weigh in on CD

and I've lost another 6 lbs!! That's 1 lb off a stone in two weeks!! Had a long chat with her and I have decided to do the CD SS for another 2 weeks and then move onto a low carb diet - this is a bit harsh for me to do longterm but I love the immediate improvement I can see

So almost 1 stone down and 1 and a bit to go!!!
