November mummies 2017!!! Tri two.

I'm deffo finding out what I'm having.. but I have to wait exactly 5 weeks for the next scan! It's soooo far away

Oh gosh HalyconAires I'm lucky enough to have not been in that situation. Maybe when you're next in you can ask the receptionist about it, ask to change or ask if they have a complaints procedure?
I know she's a professional and she's probably done this all her life and knows what shes doing but if you feel somethings not okay with her work then you should bring it up

I know and I'm usually the 'smooth sailing' patient...just do as the doc is told...but there is just one thing... yes maybe I feel she needs to give me more attention but it could also just be that I thought she would seeing as I had a miscariage before this and would have done more ...

the Gynie I had with my other two - I was most comfortable with because he made a point of sitting down with you afterwards and chatting to you and asking you if you had any concerns and questions. The thing is he no longer does deliveries and only see pregnant patients until 20 weeks.

I have an appointment with another gynie next week - I emailed her and gave her a bit of history and what has happened this far. My next appointment with my current gynie is for next month only.

I'll see what this one says (as a second opinion) and then take it from there.

Im bleeding again :( when will i get a break 😢😢😢

Beautiful bumps ladies!

HalyconAries that isn't great, definitely worth looking for someone you feel more comfortable with.

Claire, must be so stressful but try not to worry. If it's not too heavy call MW tomorrow but chances are it's going to be nothing to worry about.

I had my consultant appointment about my low PAPP-A today. Had another scan and confirmed very definitely a boy in there! He's growing well which is reassuring but there is some evidence that the placenta hasn't attached as well as it could have so now booked in for growth scans every four weeks, on aspirin and may have to start heparin injections at some point. Feeling reassured rather than more worried, just good to know where we stand with it all.

I'm seeing the same team as before, so I'm ok there. More dr focus this time than midwife, but they know me at least.

One placenta is anterior, so not feeling anything quite yet plus I still don't have a bump vs looking bloated.

But, DH has painted DD's big girl room and is now adding her dinosaurs. She has given approval so far, hopefully she'll be agreeable towards moving down the hall two rooms.

So I've been sick twice this morning so far. Not looking forward to going to work. From about 8/9 weeks if I've been sick it's pretty much been once every few days-up to a week so I feel very lucky and got off lightly compared to others.

However, I was at my sisters for tea last night and she went to bath the kids and I was about to sit with them once my brother in law had been for a wee. Had some juice a few minutes before I went up. I went up with glazed eyes and said I'm sorry but I'm 85% sure I'm gunna be sick... there it was. Sick while my niece and nephew were in the bath, those poor kids lmao. Never had quite the audience before! Xx

The NIPT results came back, all clear and we have been told that they fidnt detect a Y chromosome

Claire, could you ring your midwife and get checked? I understand how you feel as I've had bleeding in this pregnancy too, every time I go to the loo I'm on tenterhooks
Big hugs sweetie

Well that was the most boring appointment ever.... BP fine, urine fine, heard baby's heartbeat, that's it now until 28 weeks.

Wow lots to catch up on.

Lovely bumps girls, I'm growing now I can feel the painful stretching!

Glad you're feeling reassured now spallerina!

Sorry you're feeling sick April. Mines gotten worse again, too. Funnily enough I can't stomach the smell of the bathroom when lo is in the bath/OH is in the bath. I've even changed LOs shampoo.

Knopk Congrats on team pink!!

Mayflower85 I feel like my appointments are like that lol tho I'd rather that than "BP high, spend the afternoon in hospital" like every appointment from 20 weeks with my daughter lol

xx

Congratulations knopk!

My husbands away on a school residential trip and doesn't get back til tomorrow lunch time. He went on Tuesday morning. Think it's the longest we've been apart. Can't wait for him to get home he's gunna come in to my work for lunch tomorrow. :) Xx

Had my midwife appointment yesterday
She found the HB straight away she was suprised that it was so easy to find :D it was amazing

Mayflower my next appointment is 26 weeks the appointments are a bit dull but lovely to hear the HB :) ...

I'm now looking foward to my scan on Saturday :D :D

Having a super tough time today. Everyone is awfully cranky, including myself! I think it's the weather. Is anyone else the same?

I'm just shattered, and my feet/ankles swelled up today. Never happened in my first pregnancy.

Super cranky here too, definitely to do with the weather, I'm not a sun seeker, so this weather would have been bad for me anyway, but just seems completely unbearable at the moment!

So my husband gets back at dinner time today. He's just text me saying my brother in law/his best friend has asked if he wants to take my niece and nephew to the beach with him and he wants to go about half 12. He doesn't seem to think I shouldn't be in a mood that he'd rather see them instead of me after not seeing each other all week. I never asked him to come in for a dinner and wait for me to finish, I suggested coming to see me for 10 minutes and he could take the car and pick me up later, he said himself he would wait so I've been excited and told my friends at work he's coming in. I'm not being irrational here am I? Xx
