I was looking through a Christmas cooking magazine & thought of you. Vegan vanilla cake, vegan Nanaimo bars (look fab!), vegan Neapolitan triple layer cake, vegan red velvet cupcakes. I can't wait to be able to cook & experiment again.

My second attempt at the vegan chocolate orange cupcakes. The first lot were absolutely adored so I'm determined to make this lot even better!

Excuse the horrendous icing attempt and terrible lighting! The ones with no sprinkles have orange liqueur vegan buttercream in the middle! They are goooooooooood! x

No eggs or dairy (milk or butter) and vegan sugar (regular sugar is refined/processed through bone char). To be honest all of the vegan cakes I've made/eaten have tasted tonnes nicer than omni cakes. The best one is the big chocolate cake I make.

Absolutely delicious homemade pasta sauce (super spicy for me) with vegan sausage pieces and the most amazingly Moreish homemade garlic bread!

Making Veganomicon walnut asparagus quiche tonight with new potatoes, peas and cauliflower! Looking forward to tasting it

Dinner today-black eyed bean and vegetable soup. Delicious and really warming for such cold evenings!

Having a stress trying to find vegan perfume for DD for Christmas!

MrsR, I think I remember one of the lassies in Lush saying a lot (if not all, I forget) of their gorilla perfumes are vegan? I've never smelled them though so I don't know if they're up your street.

We had The Gourmet Vegan's 3 layer baklava for dinner tonight which, whilst lovely as it was, I would make a couple of changes to next time round x
