i have a letter about the GTT test, i have to fast for 12 hours before hand, can only drink water and the first blood is done at 9am - its gunna kill me i have breakfast at 5am everyday lol.

my whooping cough is booked for when ill be 24 weeks was told to get it after 20 week mark but its just done at the GP

Yes full samples. I had to not eat from midnight, my appointment was 9.15, was actually seen at 9.30 so second test done at 11.30 and free to eat after that. Felt even later for me as I'm still on French time which is an hour ahead as I only got back last night!

I've had my whooping cough jab, my arm was sore afterwards for nearly a week, like the flu jab. It is a combined jab with tetanus which is the one that always makes my arm heavy afterwards. There was quite a large lump and I couldn't sleep on it but it only hurt if I knocked it, so it wasn't throbbing or anything constantly. Mine was done by the nurse at my GPs. He does all the jabs and said he would see me when baby was here next for theirs!

I don't have much idea about feeding but I would really like to be able to bf and express so that my oh can give them some feeds (ideally the one before bed, so I can go to bed early and he can do the last shift of the night. He is better with late nights than I am, so if it works out like that then great!).

Thanks everyone. I've attached the scan pics. I really love the one of his feet. He his getting so big. This time my entire belly ended up covered in that goo as they looked around to check all was well. I wish I could just spend more time watching him move. It really is amazing to see what they are getting up to in there.

Yeah, GTT is a pain. I'm also and early riser with an early breakfast. I usually eat breakfast and a snack by 11am. Full blood samples are taken before and after. The lucozade does offer relief from the hunger. However, I had issues with the carbonation and spent the first hour after burping. The baby reacted to it, so it I got to enjoy feeling him move for awhile too after drinking it.

The whooping cough sucks. I was glad my GP stuck in below the shoulder. It's a muscular shot. Having it a bit lower meant I could life my arm without pain, but getting into and out of clothes and putting on my laptop bag was a tad bit painful. I felt it for about a week.

I didn't have any problem with flu jab regarding pain, hope whooping cough is the same for me.

Thanks. That profile shot took some time. He insisted on hiding his face with both hands for most of the scan.

The flu jab didn't bother me one bit, but I did feel the whooping cough for nearly a week. It's a much bigger injection. But like I said, I wasn't as bad for me as it has been for others. I don't know if that has to do with place of injection or not. Just really glad it was up in my shoulder.

When are you having your 4d scan lisey? I've thought about having one as the pictures seem so clear but I think I like wondering what they will look like too much to have one!

How is everyone's sex life going? Maybe tmi here but we managed to dtd quite a bit on our holiday which was great but I'm not sure how much longer we will be able to 69 in our usual style lol as my bump is starting to get in the way!

mines just as normal really, love foreplay! much more intense but not really enjoying the rest lol, OH takes ages to Cum as well might be TMI sorry, so i get bored haha but i dont tell him that!

i always have a top on tho as i feel very self conscious maybe the OH picks up on this and thats why he takes longer.

Because of the bleeding and polyp on my cervix, no sex for me. But it's been okay. My sex drive is down anyway and we are both too tired with all that's going on. But plenty of cuddling and belly rubbing going on.

Had to go back to hospital today to get another anti-d. Damn this one was much worse than the last 2. The needle was much longer going deep into the muscle. My poor arms. I've had full bloods drawn 3 times in a week and two shots in my muscles. I get a little time off until I have another blood test on The 6th and then another anti-d on the 15th. It really is a good thing needles don't bother me.

4d scan is on the 5th Feb

Sex life doesn't exist. Haven't dtd since before IVF. We were told not to because of history. Not sure if it applies still but OH doesn't want to as he says it would feel weird with a a baby in there. I get where he is coming from and I don't mind as I have low sex drive anyway xx

Sounds awful kabuk, I hate the deep muscle injections.

I've had my blood test results back and there is something abnormal on them so I've got to go again on Monday to have more tests. Have to say I don't feel that well at all since having it done, I wouldn't usually consume that amount of sugar as I'm on a low GI diet to control my pcos so I think it has really messed with me.

Oh I sympathise with this. I had an ex who took ages and the sex was so mind numbingly boring (he thought be was a stallion lol) that I couldn't wait for it to be over. In the end I had to exaggerate the 'pleasure' just to get him to finish. I think he is the one that put me off sex as it was such a chore each time! Before him I loved it!! Xx

Our sex life is still pretty good i go through phases of wanting it all the time and then not wanting it for a few days lol i cant go on top tho i feel too self concious! We dont have much foreplay oh is a bit selfish in bed lol

Making cottage pie tonight but im so tired from all this packing. 2 more days to go!

Cant wait for my next scan in 3 weeks. I desperately want a 4d scan but thinking i could put that money towards baby stuff lol

So tired of packing. Progress is being made, but I'm just not sure how it's all going to be done by 11am on Saturday. It's trying to pack things so no box is too heavy. We have sooooooo many books. I only have 3 small boxes left and more books than that will fit. Nevermind packing all my dw's comic books. She's got quite a few hardback collections in there too.

A 4d scan sound pretty awesome, but I don't think we can really afford to put out the extra money for it. I did see a 4d shot today. They put it up on the screen alongside the normal one. However, I could only really see the mouth and nose as he had his hands in front of his face at that time.
