May mummies and rainbows to be :)

I'd probably go bigger but that's just coz I struggle on low seats at the moment lol. I'm not sure if mine is the right size or not though I didn't know that was even a thing lol.

So Ivery continued in putting my stuff on ebay I've now done all my photos just need to do the actual putting stuff up there lol.
Selling my evening dresses and wedding dresses too to try and raise cash for the washer dryer lol.

On plus side I'm getting a 2.5% pay rise.... first pay rise in 7 years working for them. I've had plenty of pay cuts buy yay for first pay rise. I'm also hoping to pick up a few extra hours per week too soon too do hopefully all on all that will be an extra 1.5k a year woop. Lol

I think I'll get a ball this time too, although I had no idea they came in different sizes!! At what point do you start using them?

My legs are aching and so is my back. On the plus side my house looks lovely!!

Lol building work starts in my house next week again it's hard to.imagine my house looking lovely lol.

My cousin who just had a baby gave me a birthing ball thing, not sure when to use. I don't feel I need it yet. I didn't know about the different sizes either, as long as my feet touch the ground I will be ok lol :)

Ery, thats great about the payrise, I am so happy to be back at work as it means I won't be going on to no pay, was on half pay and I think that runs out in a month. Not really sure what I get paid whilst on phased return, don't know if it goes back to normal pay or still half, regardless, its better than nothing at all xx

Leigh I would take them and do the full course, only taking part dose will not be effective and it will enable the 'bad things' to gain resistance to antibiotics, making it harder to shift and more dangerous for everyone. No point risking pre term birth, I think that would be way more risky.

I've got thigh ache?! Random. I'm also thinking of getting a ball, I see you have to get the correct size for your height, if I'm right on the border do I go with the bigger or smaller size do you think?

I was on the cut off so got the bigger one. It is bloody massive though and have used smaller ones at mat unit with no problems so I guess you can go either way. I would imagine it's because you must not have your knees above your hips so if a smaller one is doing that for you its no good. X

I didn't know about the size either lol think it matters how much you pump it up tho your hips need to be higher than your knees I think I read.

Baby is so active at the moment! Wish I had everything but we are waiting till we have moved. All I've got is the buggy and clothes oh and 2 blankets lol my friend at work bought some cute pink booties from mother care she gave me them today :)

The ones I were looking at had the height range in the descriptions. I think they were on amazon but it was a week or so ago and my memory is rubbish. I may go for the bigger one and if it is too big only inflate it so my feet still reach the floor! I have longish legs for my height (my legs are short but my body is shorter lol).

Congrats on the payrise, Ery! Good timing for that.

Progress is being made. My dw collected the keys to our new flat yesterday. Today, whilst home sick, I manage to force myself to get the gas, electricity and water sorted for our new home, so that'll all be on by Friday! I've also booked the carpet man in for Saturday to get measurements. We'll go into the shop after to look at the carpets there and get some quotes. I just need to find a painter to get quotes from. Hopefully I can get that sorted so if he needs to come in for the quote, he can do so on Sat as well. Hopefully the painting can be done next week with the carpet the following week. Hopefully that means we can have our deep clean on Friday, 27 Jan and book 2 men and a van for that weekend! So much to do.

Leigh I understand your concerns I am the same, I am currently on a 7 days or erythromycin 500mg 4 times a day and have been a bit paranoid too.
The consensus is the benefits far outweigh the risks and infection left untreated could potentially be more harmful. Metronidazole is a widely used antibiotic and very effective to treat bacterial vaginal infection during pregnancy :)
My back gets really sore esp after a day at work and because I am on antibiotics I don't want to take paracetamol as well in case its too much even though I know it doesn't cross the placenta. I wish they did a pill for paranoia ;)

I need a paranoia pill too!!

Actually, literally as I wrote that bubs kicked!! :-)

Well, I'm feeling totally crappy tonight. Started with on and off tummy pains which I thought might be trapped wind. Lots of gurgling going on. Then I couldn't poop so figured it may be constipation pains. Then had to throw up (into the bin while I was still struggling on the loo) then a short while later, the world literally fell out my arse!! Very upset tummy but thankfully the pains have stopped now- was worrying I was in labour at one point!! Just hope this is it now and I'm not coming down with norovirus or some other bug.

I've been getting constipated like that Emily. I have a virus now, but it seems to be clearing up quickly. I've got a terrible cough, which seems to be keeping baby awake, so I'm feeling lots of kicks.

I'm trying to pick out some nice wool so I can knit something in a few weeks :)

I'm about to attempt some toast.

Not had any more tummy pains but freezing cold!! Just can't get warm. Really hope I'm not getting poorly :-(

Oh no Emily, hope you're ok and it doesn't get any worse xx

Hope you feel better Emily. I can so sympathise with constipation. It's driving me crazy.

Well, body is less achy but my head feels awful. I'm now so congested that I can't breathe through my nose and my head is so heavy. Breathing through my mouth dries out my throats and makes me cough. When I try to blow my nose, almost nothing happens & it hurts my head. I can't sniffle because I'm either too stuffed or when there is a little room, it burns and hurts my head. I miss decongestants.

I really need to go into work tomorrow, but I'm not sure if it's the best idea. I need to get my grades in as it's parent-teacher day on Thursday.

I'm watching the old one born every minutes lol making me want the baby here now!

Hope everyone gets better soon! I've managed to avoid getting ill apart from a cold so far. Can't wait till the weather gets a bit warmer!

Hope your better soon girls x

I've booked my dentist and now have toothache lol

Kabuk just letting you know...
When your carpet shopping be aware if you use upright vacuum's most struggle with the new bleach to clean ultra and ultra soft carpets. And the ones with rubber backs. If you use a cylinder you should be OK though.
I'm getting a serenity carpet from carpet right and it's one that uprights won't work on (but I have a cylinder vacuum too.. and a cord free but hey who's counting lol) buy don't expect the carpet shop to tell you honestly any of that! Lol

I seriously couldn't get up this morning when does the blooming stage kick in I feel awful lol was meant to pack and paint last night and I just sat on the sofa all evening!

I'm feeling much better this morning. Still got a stomach upset but nothing like as bad as yesterday thank goodness!

I'm blooming in as much as my hair, skin and nails are nice but that's about it. I feel pretty tired most of the time and lack energy.

Hope everyone is feeling better soon.
