Hey Kitana, most know I'm pregnant now as I made an announcement on my box's social page. But during the 1st trimester, when only my coaches knew, I was getting some strange looks. I had to slow down and people know that isn't me. I actually competed in our annual throw down and won the scaled division the day before my positive. The WODs have been a bit of a pain lately as we are in a leg cycle for max squats. My strength was always with the gymnastics and running and now I struggle with some of the gymnastics and don't run. I was so close to my ring muscle ups when I got pregnant and I miss rope climbs- was getting there with legless ones. Not being able to compete against others sucks. I don't keep track of my scores at all now. I get too competitive.
I've had bleeding since 10 weeks, but the consultant said it's likely because of my low-lying placenta and said that continuing with crossfit was fine, only to stop if the bleeding gets worse. The workouts haven't made a difference. If anythything, I tend to bleed less on those days.
Dovekie- glad you could feel movement again today. Indigestion can be awful. It's so great when your oh can finally feel it too!
