I've just had my call.......its now at 0 wooooo, I am so happy .
I'm going to start tracking my ovulation from tomorrow xx

What time is best to test in the morning and evening and should I limit drinks beforehand? Xx

I always aim for lunch time and after 5 when I’m getting close and testing twice a day x

Try to hold your wee for atleast 4 hours

Great thank you, can I have drinks before I test or limit my intake?

I hope I'm not waiting long to ovulate? She said it could take upto 6 weeks xx

I drink as normal just not gallons (dont dehydrate yourself for the sake of an opk)

No need to limit fluid just drink normally @flowerbomb you just need a 4 hr hold x

So fiddly (using one step) into cup then dipping...
loading pic on Premom, it not recognising or getting high mark when I can’t even see a line but can see lines on low results.
Thu 0.21 Fri 0.41 Today 1.8
Can hold bladder 3 hrs but struggle with 4 as I’m diabetic.
I’m sure it’ll be worth it!

You can manually enter the results your self if you upload the pic unusual for it to pick up high though. Do your FMU then test at 11 ish on 4 hour hold as T2 I drink less in the morning because I’m drinking water through the night x
