Welcome both & Good Luck! I’m hoping the SI will work and make me ovulate earlier so I get a longer luteal phase I’m also going to temp this month

Hubby wasn’t really on board to ttc this month or April as our two are both born in December maybe March is just our month

I am starting my SI tonight @RainbowMama ive read to take it days 2-6 and at night to help any side effects so giving that a whirl! Hopefully it’ll make me ovulate earlier x

Just taken my SI I have started on 80g not sure if this is too low?! Seems to be the going dose from things I’ve read online. So hope this works

Soy isoflavones. I’m hoping this will make me ovulate much earlier in my cycle so I get a normal luteal phase as mine has been very short the past 5 cycles x

Will you need to take progesterone for the second half of the cycle to level out the hormones or not?
