just noticed the stretchmarks on the top of my bump that were quite red have faded a bit and dont look quite so stretched now. shame my tum is pretty tender and a bit sore from the coughing and sneezing that last few days

Love your pram nurse!! Not long now till there is a little baby in it I've been so busy today I haven't stopped - come back on here and hugsy and sue have both popped!!! So exciting that the march babies aren't hanging around! Xx

Nurse I love your pram!! it is all certainly starting to feel real now with some of the march babies making an appearance. Reckon you are right though Nurse, bet us end March mummies will end up going overdue!

I have had a lovely first day of mat leave. Did some washing, tidied around, had lunch and watched loose woman - very relaxing, although I did go for about a 45 min walk but the sun was shining and I took my time waddling along

Listed everything I need for my hospital bag now and there are some things I need to go and get so may take a trip into town tomorrow.

Will post nursery pics tomorrow once I have cleared a few things out of the room that need to be put away somewhere else.

Coolbeans: sounds like a lovely day! It's good not having to work isnt it? Can't wait to see pictures of your nursery!!

I know I could potentially go mad if I go past my due date, so I've started to plan a couple of projects in the days to come. I want to try to sew my own cloth nappies - found patterns on Internett and it seems like something I could do. Than, I have a couple og cakes I want to bake if I have time. I've got different appointments with loads of friends/family these days, so they will go faster! I'm starting to Get impatient...so it's better that I keep busy and go out a bit, than hang around in the house too much!

Yeah, have to let us know how u get on with the nappies I'm in the middle of trying to find an easy cardigan pattern (cuz I'm only a beginner knitter) I have got a cute pattern for a toy rabbit somewhere which I might try

I've just made a list of things that need to be done before baby gets here and I'm thinking, what the hell have I been doing these weeks!?? There's so much to be done, and I've been siting around (mostly in here) relaxing and waiting for baby to come when I should be doing things. Feels good to know that I have a couple of busy days ahead of me though

Thanks bev I'm really pleased with it. Was worried it would be a bit bland what with us going neutral. I am happy with it though and will add pink or blue accessories once we know what we have had!

its all getting so close. my OH keeps saying hes nervous now and how can i not be nervous. its not the labour that worrys him but the fact that we will be given a baby to look after lol.
i told him that im not worried cos i picked him because i thought he would be a great dad and thats why we agreed to do this. after all ive dumped all previous partners that suggested we have kids but with him i brought it up and asked him if we could do it.
