I was thinking of doing my IC tomorrow, but that might be too early?
I shouldn't be thinking of testing at all, I feel for sure I'm out
and a negative wouldn't mean anything tomorrow and I would still have to wait til test day
Just torturing myself!
Maybe I should leave it alone!

I can't say anything hun because I tested early. I really thought I was out so was just kinda doing it to get it out my system (the need to pee on something). Do whatever you feel xx

Aw hun you're probably still far too early for anything to pick up yet. Don't beat yourself up about doing it, if you didn't you'd probably have thought about it until you did! Hope you're okay xx

it could be too early but I have ZERO symptoms this morning
my boobs aren't even sore anymore
I'll leave it alone to otd now

I think I'm going to throw myself back into a job or try finding one at least. I quit mine last year before all the ivf appointments started as it the job was far too stressful for what it was. They were unsympathetic towards and injury I had at work so I knew they didn't care and would never let me have the time off for appointments.
Doesn't hurt to apply and I can always turn them down if I need to. Just think I'm starting to go a little mad stuck in the house all the time alone.. I've been out of work 8 months and really hoped we would have had a baby on the way by now

Hi guys! Its been a while. Today is Day 3 of IVF (short protocol) so have done 2 injections of merional so far - my ovaries hurt already! Is this normal?!?! Didn't expect to feel anything this early.

I tested today and got bfn, I'll test again Friday but not hopeful. Either 10 or 11dpo today.

Hey millie - I have my fingers crossed for you.

I think an opk would show the presence of hcg before you would get a positive pregnancy test, so if the suspense is unbearable then maybe try that?

Good luck Syd. Sounds a bit early for a test at 10 dpo - I think only about 33% pregnancy tests would pick something up at that stage?

Bo - I think it varies from person to person how you feel on the medication. I had gonal-f and didn't notice much initially but I think other people do xx

I do have tons of opks so I can always give those a go, not sure if it would make me feel worse though!

I felt so tired so I came to lay down, ended up sleeping for just over an hour!! Woke up to a banging headache and feeling sick. This is what I get when I complain about no symptoms :/ :/
Think my body is just teasing me

And so our journey begins aswell. Been to the hospital and aside from a few extra blood tests and a scan to check my ovarian reserve they are putting us straight in for ivf. She said there is no waiting list at the mo so has told us to research which of the 2 centres that the NHS fund we want to choose. They aren't going to check my tubes as they said you don't need tubes for Ivf so we are just going straight into it. Because I'm 37 and a half they are pushing it through fast. The service we have had from the NHS so far has been amazing.

Thanks bojangles. I was also on gonalf and only really noticed my ovaries felt slightly tender towards the end. If you have pcos that could explain it.

Bojangles, I was on gonal f too and didn't notice anything until about day 7/8. I do remember Millie saying she could feel early! Hope it's eased today.

So I've had this headache/migraine for more than 24 hours now
Thought I'd wake up this morning and it would be gone but nope!!

It's the only symptom I have now so I feel for sure that I'm out.
It feels exactly the same as the headaches I get right before my periods due sometimes, I'm CD26 so totally would make sense!

Still a week til otd..

Hi Millie, I was going to ask what stage you're at but if you're still a week til otd then it's definitely too early to test. Fingers crossed for you.

I tested this morning with a frer, says you're supposed to read it after 3 mins then discard after 10. I think I read it after 2-3 mins, negative so I went back to bed. Looked at it again when I got up 20 mins later and there was the faintest of faint faint lines there. A proper "hold it up to the light and squint", I can't even see what colour it is so I'm going to assume evap. I think I may just go to the doctors later and ask them to do a blood test, they're very good about stuff like that here.

Just to update on this, bloods came back at 6.3 so almost certainly a chemical.
