Just called into my local shop on the way home again for another bottle of Gaviscon from behind the counter and he had it ready for me before I even asked. Says it all really...

Oh dear. Get some ranitidine. I've not had any trouble since starting last week. You can take every twelve hours but most days I've been able to get through the day with pretty much no symptoms and take one about 9pm to see me through the night. Has helped so much and one little bottle of Gaviscon I bought the same day is still half full!

It is weird having a date. Dan has proper baby brain this morning. He can't think straight about anything bless him.

A few more walls to wash here, some painting to do and then probably washing the sofas. Nesting instinct is clearly very real, lol. About time it kicked in!!!!!

I really should but can't be bothered hassling with my doctors to get an appointment for the sake of two weeks. God knows how much I've spent on Gaviscon though lol. Aw Dan is so sweet I swear.

Enjoy your wall washing haha. Nesting isn't really happening for me, OH seems to have caught the nesting bug. He's coming home from work this week and literally looks around to see what needs done lol. Makes a change! Xx

Fuck the doctors, just go get some. My midwife laughed when I apologised for buying it without checking and said, "you've got two weeks left and it won't harm the baby...but what will be bad for baby is an exhausted mum so just take it top baby comes".

Ha ha those days and nights are amazing.... it’s like the best invented drug ever!!! Ha ha!!

Had a lovely vet bill this morning poor puppy dog has pulled ligaments in her knee, but another nice vet bill to come when she starts hydrotherapy and having x rays....

I haven’t moved off sofa since getting back from the vets and it’s been so nice but I just keep thinking I need to clean up...

Glad your feeling a little better but not good dd has something else! It really never ends with the kids sometimes does it? Fx it's fast passing whatever it is, flipping hate the fevers! xx

A week GG how crazy is that?! None of us are jealous....at all lol . Seems so strange to me still to be able to have an actual date. Ivy is driving me crazy every morning asking if the baby is coming today and she isn't happy with my answers of maybe, up to baby, don't know, could be, anytime in the next two weeks . Seems to think her mummy should bloody know when her baby's coming lol xx

Jem get bouncing on something or OH and get that baby back down haha. Away to get myself a ball today. Even if its just to give myself a comfortable place to sit! Xx

My little boy is like that, he's constantly asking how many more sleeps haha

So I'm not a big meat eater at all, but today I decided I wanted meatballs on chips, now to me this is an absurd meal but hey I guess the baby wanted it haha. Never ever something I would normally eat

Yeah he is an indoor cat and we do this every June otherwise everything gets covered in hair. He looses them all year round but come summer time it gets insane. He will need a few days to adjust but he will be fine.

I have scan and consultant tomorrow morning. Will most likely get my induction date for week 39.

Last day of window fitting tomorrow!

And yes, let's have a baby this week. Any volunteers????

Hi everyone! Two more days at work and then I’m free . Think we are going for dinner out on Friday to celebrate, the. It’s my birthday on Sunday... and then I’m into week 38. So glad to be here after all the stress early on about incompetent cervix and preterm birth!

I’m so looking forward to not being in work but at the same time wondering what the hell I’ll do with myself for the time between going on leave and baby arriving. I hope the wait isn’t too long but I don’t feel like I’ve been having any signs like any of the ones you lot have talked about... think she may be quite comfortable in there! Exciting to think we may have some more babies soon though!

Fela I've been off work for 5 weeks now (due to being signed off and then holiday then mat leave) and honestly I thought I was gonna be so bored. But just generally keeping the house up together and being massive and exhausted has taken up plenty of time haha. It does get lonely though!
