Needle phobia? my cousin has one to and when she had her little girl she really didnt want one but had to have one in the end! but she was so off her face on opiets she thought it was funny! haha! hopefully u wont have to have one tho, and the gas and air and opiets will do the job just fine for u! nothing worse than having a fear! I've got a fear of sick that's why I don't want the opiets lol! I know I might not be sick, but I might be to so the less stress on us when we're in labour the better

Funnily enough no normally they don't bother me at all I think it's the thought of it being so close to my spine that freaks me out! Completely unreasonable really seens they are trained to do them and probably do thousands every year!!!! Xx

The idea is that curry etc clears out your bowels making room to let baby move down apply more pressure etc so at min I'm not Fancying curry BUT I think il overdose on fruit instead lol x

I am rubbish with spicy foods so like k8 will overdose on fruit!! My mum is coming home this weekend so holding off anymore baby moving techniques until then although I am secretly hoping after my scan on Wednesday they will want to induce me although I know the chances are next to none x

Does he have far to come home? My oh is an hr away when he is at work and two and a little bit if he has to go on business (tues and weds this week) he seems very sure that I won't go into labour but it's got to happen some time in the next few weeks lol x

No luckly hes only 15mins drive away 30max in rush hour so its not bad at all tbh, its just getting hold of him cos he works in the leisure centres. Does lifegaurding, personal training and coaching. Cant have his phone on him when hes at the pool so ill probs have to call the centre and wait for reception to answer and get him lol!!
Itll be find tho, my mums also planning to be there at birth so i can always call her, and again shes no more than 20mins away xx

Do you guys know what % of this rlt is rasberry leaf or meant to be... iv just looked at pack I got from same place I got tens and says only 30% rlt is that right? Is it enough of do I need a higher amount in the tea am surprised at how nice it tastes also do you think if I froze it into ice lollysit would have aSame effect? Curious x

mine was 50% and that was the clipper brand ones. Dont think ull find anymore in tea bags higher than 50 unless u go for the actually leaf it self and i have NO idea where ud buy it or how ud take it.

30% ones are fine, just have an extra cup! xx

Might get some clipper brand ones then too I haven't even worked out how many cups I'm meant to be havinglLOL x

I only ever had 2 a day, cos i was taking the capsules aswell. But if ur just having the tea 2-4 before 37wks, 4-6 after 37wks.

The clipper ones are in tesco, 20 for £1.99 xxx
