Enjoy while you can woman! I didn't got nowt a good week before giving birth, am sure the whole exercise will help with giving birth hahaha but yea then like for me giving birth i'd do it over and over again compared to being pregnant only downside I have to wait for my stitches to be healed and by that time I'll be as tight as a virgin hehe... And don't get me started on these pelvic muscle exercises I havent got a clue what am doing!

I take all 6 capsules in one go in the morning then have my cereal. He always goes a bit mental after ive eaten!
But when i was hvig the tea yeah i did notice it would wake him up! Not sure of thys cos its warm then it actually doing anything tho.
Ive taken the stuff since 34wks and ive only noticed my cervix soften and dilate to 2cms where its stayed since 35wks!!! Lolol xx

Shes so bludy strong now, her movements hurt! Like shes trying to break out lol xx

Sorry I'm only just catching up ladies been another very long day! And doing it all on 4 and a half hours sleep has made it feel a whole lot longer.

Final day of moving tomorrow, where we are doing the big stuff like bed/ wardrobes ect so we have hired a van. Very stressed & tired, and can't wait for tomorrow evening to arrive when we can finally say we are home!

But disappointed none of you have popped whilst I've been busy tut tut!

I have a concerning amount of ankle/feet swelling atm which I am even debating phoning out of hours for, they have literally ballooned to four times there normal size! I think its just because I've been on my feet for two days but I know swelling is one of the things they say to look out for so I'm not sure!

If u got any flannels hun freeezing cold water and lay them on ur feet. It helped me the other day.
I think its from the 2days of moin being up ad about! Probs not realised all te weight ur putting on them.
I cant even hoover the living room without mine swelling now!!
If it hasnt died down by morning then give them a call hun.
I hated mine swelling cos ur skin goes sooo tight hurts!

But glad the moving is going well! Ull be settled in no time!! Xxx

We DTD about an hour ago...
Since ive had 4 cramp/ tightenings like clock work every 15mins lasting 30/40seconds...
Trying not to get my hopes up...
But im guna see if another comes at 12:15
Omg!

U can all laugh at me in the morning again if its a false alarm pahaha xx

Ok just had another... That was closer than before!

Whats getting me excited it that all the other times if thought labbbouuur i was having constant cramps or aches..

But soon as this 40secs go pains pretty much all gone and then it shoots back every 10/15mins! ladies....
Only time will tell haha!! Xx

Im still getting them girls!! One was 7mins apart then 6 but then went back to 9mins.. They r lastnight 50to just over a min long..

Defo not what i was feeling the other day.
Im actually getting a bit excited now!!!
