Right I've had enuff I didn't want to do this but I am I need to know if any thinks going on my mums friend who lives next door is a midwife and said 2 days ago if I was still getting period cramp and pains she would pop round and check me and if she can she will sweep !! Fingers crossed I'm so aching today it's un real

Congrats to hun!
I managed it on gas and air! Well impressed!
But i do have 2nd degree tears inside my foof! And jesus it hurt i felt her stitch up a few that did numb!!

I did have a chance in the water but his HB went sky high so i needed to get bk on monitor. Waters went at 7cm and he had pooed everywhere so i was rushed up stairs to consultant led to be monitored n he had a clip on his head!
It all happened very fast tbh!! Xx

I'm going for my pre labour treatments today have my eyebrows and bikini line waxed and a manicure and pedicure I cannot wait to be pampered although knowing my luck my waters will go as she's waxing my foof lol!!! What are you lovely ladies up to today? Other than you ladies that have gorgeous babies to be staring at xx

Ah dani I was stitched up quite a lot with ty and I could feel them tugging and pulling, was awful. But all worth it, bet u can't believe he's here!

I am definitely trying! I'm pretty sure I feel totally normal tho, so Icant see it happening any time soon. I've left a message for my mw to beg to see her before Friday, cuz I'm worried if she leaves the sweep til then, I might not have baby til late that weekend or even later, and then il miss tys lat days at nursery n I really wana be there to pck him up and to thank all the women there. Will be devastated if I miss it, so I want to ask my mw to try and squeeze me in on Wednesday, she said she was fully booked but I'm pretty sure she must have ten minutes for slot me in just to do it then!

Yeah I had him 9 days late tho really don't want that again, was in early labour for 5 days so I'm hoping for an easier labour this time round.
My mw seemed a bit funny about sweeps tho, she was adamant she would never do one even a day before due date, but I don't want to be 8 days over before she even has a go, cuz if that does start me off il end up having her the days around tys last days, really don't want that. Just hoping things start by themselves over the next couple of days x

The midwife team just rang, my mw is off til next week now so they asked if they can help. Said I didn't want sweep leaving til the Friday, explained why, and asked if she or someone else could do it on the weds? They said no! Ahhhhh!

So I said I won't have it done Friday then cuz it's too close, so she just said ok best to leave it anyway.

Don't get why some give them out so easily and mine are so stubborn x
