* * .. July 2013 Mummy's .. * *

Been in bath for an hour and not one single braxton hicks lol!!
This stupid clary sage crap!!

And im peed off..that girl in work whos 3wks behind me is due 24th july.. (One who loved the name noah james) she is getting induced on the 15th july.. Ill be 42wks then! :'( and they are starting her sweeps at 38wks!! She could have her baby before me!! Id screaaaaam!!!

Its cos she had high risk from downs test. But found out it was to do with her placenta. So they dnt want her going overdue. Incase it packs in before and stops doing its job. Fair enough baby needs to stay safe!
But arghh :( lol xx

Ha ha Dani you make me laugh lol. I can just picture you having a complete rant if her baby comes first lol. Does she know what she's having and is she still planning to call baby Noah if it's a boy ?? Mind you that would really piss me off so let's hope it girl xx

Well I'm 36 weeks today and was gonna start taking rlt BUT because this isn't my first baby I'm a bit worried that labour may be quite quick anyway and I don't want her to come out too speedily like before I make it to the hospital lol. So not really sure if I should leave well alone and just let nature take it's course :-/

Just been reading through and I'm so confused about something! When I went to antenatel class the midwife told us that the best position for the baby to be born in was lying on the left side because its the easiest way for their heads to fit through, she even got out a fake baby and pelvis to show us lol. Or has she got it completely wrong & mislead us all haha?! Xx

Mine always seems to switch sides, some times she sticks her bum out to the left, sometimes to the right ... well pretty sure it is her bum anyhow lol. I didn't know that about the left side being the best tho. I know they should have their back to your belly and facing inwards for best angle for head to fit but I wonder what difference it makes if it's the left or right side ?? Any ideas ??

She still really likes the name but i think shes settled with george. Itll annoy me if she choses Noah.. But everyone that knows us both new i picked it 1st haha so thats all that matters lol. It wasthe fact she wanted same 1st and middle name that bugged me! James is my mothers maiden name, it means something, she just wanted it copy!

Id start the RLT hun.. Ive been taking it since 34wks.. So no early signs for me but my cervix is open and is soft has been for 2wks now lol!

I was baby no2 for my mum.. All 4 of us were 2weeks over lmao! And massive!! Hope i dnt follow my mum regarding that lol! X

Aww noahs on his left n kicks out to my right.. Or back to back..
If u look at fetal positions on google ot always shows baby slightly turned.. Never new why! X

They didn't mention positions at my ante natal just that labour is easier if baby is back to belly rather than back to back!! Bubs moves all the time from one side to another!

Dani at least it is obvious the name you have chosen so if she does decide to copy she will look like the nob still annoying though lets hope its a girl xx

My mom's maiden name is James too ... but I have a nephew called James and I'm having a girl anyway lol xx

nct said that as long as baby is back to belly it can be slightly to side or not its back to back that is harder due to the pelvis and the way the pelvis moves. in terems of birth positions lying flat on your back is worst. x

Hubby is gone to the office today (usually works from home) which means I miss my afternoon nap. I have been eating like a maniac to keep awake I am so low on energy :( any of you ladies eat a lot to stay awake? That one hour nap helps so much usually. I have already munched on healthy things whiich didn't help so also took biscuits, a big bun with cheese and onions, and a chocolatr bar :( not liking that at all. Also my dad is visiting tonight so I won't have a chance to go to bed early ugh.

ooo I just had a giddy 30 seconds just thinking about our baby and will it be George or Isabella when will they come what will they look like!! Oooo it's so exciting!!!! xx

Harrison is finally growing! Yayyyyy.

He's put 12oz on in two weeks - now weighs 5lb 10oz, so still very little compared to a lot of you ladies but I'm happy with that :)

ahh that's brilliant news Sara!! xx

Apparently they can swivel round all the time even through labour but apparently it's easier for them to fit their heads through when they're lying to left. Now I have no idea if that's even right I'm going to google it haha!x

Yay baby Harrison! I guess it's just like normal people, some put on weight quicker than others?! I'm still measuring 2 weeks behind but no scan or anything so just assuming he's either all squished up or pretty small!

On a separate note, how you ladies getting on with bra's? I've realised I can manage till about 5pm and then I have to release! Ohhhhh that feeling is BEAUTIFUL! xxxx
