My FH was 34 at 31+3 but only 34.5 today at 33+4 so now I'm a bit worried she's not grown much!!!!

I know they have spurts and I'm still over where I should be so I'm sure it's fine xp

Hi ladies, hope u are all well, I had scan an consultant app today baby has only put on about 7oz in 4 weeks which isn't good an I have been having pains in top of my belly since yesterday so I am having my c section done in the morning as they said my uterus is very week, I'm so excited but nervous and scared aswell

Hey ladies wow so much catching up on posts. Apologies for dipping in and out going to attempt to keep up to date and post more. Just moved areas so started mat leave early... Got my 35 week app tmrw with new midwife hope she's as nice as my last one....

Started bouncing on my gym ball tonight and started raspberry leaf tea... Old wives tale perhaps !??? 😝

Well granny surpassed herself yesterday!

She decided to take James out to see his cousins [she was off work, cousins live about an hour's drive away] so off they toddle at 10am.

9pm and they still aren't home?? Had a few messages to say they were on their way. 9.30pm they get home and they'd had a fucking car accident. Sorry for swearing but I am being tame.

Granny didn't tell me until James was in my arms and obviously no-one was seriously hurt but my stomach just dropped. It's the most horrific feeling in the world.

To her credit my MIL was completely heartbroken and so scared to tell me. She'd had to get my BIL to come and pick them up in his car as her's is a write off.

So that triggered another sleepless night for me as I was on alert in-case James had any delayed injuries - he didn't!

It's never blood ending at the moment, all I want is some sleep and it just never happens.

Wow, sattie, does that make you are 1st January mum? We'll have to pop into the Feb mums thread and let them know, just to give them a fright . Hope it all goes well and pop in to give us an update when you are able.

Nat-what a fright, glad everything is okay but don't blame you for being shook up.

Kitty- hope your MW appointment goes well.

We had an appointment with the MW Tuesday. She is away over christmas and new year so baby is not allowed to be early! I'm not measuing quite as huge for my dates as last time so maybe there is no hidden twin after all . She says baby is in a nice position and could engage any day, but hasn't yet. She said walking might get him to engage. I must try bouncing on my ball too as we do have one but I need to find the pump because it needs more air in it.

Sattie this is such exciting stuff!!!! Can't wait to hear some good news

I still have to write a birth plan even though I'm booked for c section- any ideas anyone? I need to stay as calm as possible, especially as I had such a stressful time with my crash section,, so I've never experienced a contraction and don't really know what to put in my birth plan?

What kind of things do I include? I'll be in the delivery suite so not much hope for any moving around but I just have no idea what to put in it?!

Hi ladies my baby boy ( David John) was born at 11.37 this morning weighing a lovely 5lb 13oz, section went great no complications but David needs help with his breathing so they have put him in nicu, they say he will be there at least a couple of days I will try and put some pics on tomoz
