From what the epu said it sounds really positive!

This may be a shot in the dark but is there any chance you had a chemical and got caught straight after? Meaning you are only 5/6weeks?

I'm so very sorry to hear you're going through this. Can you remember I bleed with my little one too, I was so scared as I'd not long had a MC. On the scan it showed an area of blood which they said was causing the bleeding and also at 6 + 6 there wasn't a heartbeat either. I had to go back two weeks later and there was this perfect flickering heart. Don't give up, rest up, and keep hoping!

Charlotte ....was supposed to be resting but my MIL asked me to go to the hospital woth her for her physio appointment, as she hadn't been before and wasn't sure where it was, so only just got back
I'm now laying down on my bed so resting up mas much as I can from now till my midwife appointment tomorrow

Hey Lolie, I do remember yeah your little sapling gave you a scare didn't she? And now she's 7/8 months old
I am hoping and praying this little one is just giving me a scare and they are holding on tight, thanks for thinking of me hun, I often think about you, jess, Michelle and all the other August mummies who were my cycle buddies

Oh Gail, just caught up and that does sound positive... I can imagine how frustrating and impossible this wait is for you... Great that it's grown though, a massively positive sign! Can you not have another scan in a few days? I used to get mine weekly when they weren't sure... Willing time to go quick for you so you find out either way... X X X X

Their protocol is to scan in 10 days and tbh they've bent the rules a little as I'm only waiting 9 days as my MIL has Wed afternoons off work so it's a week tomorrow
It's going to be a long week!!!!

I'm still bleeding, it's quite red and a bit like AF but not as heavy

I would post a pic but wouldn't want to upset anyone

Can't help thinking the worst though, why is it measuring small, why isn't there a Fetal pole and HB ...but then why is it still growing?
Last week they couldn't see a yolk but this week they can and it's bigger but still almost 3 weeks smaller than my dates
I'm torturing myself tbh

Gail, I was searching for this online and found that if the baby is measuring too small the heartbeat could be there but docs can't detect it yet cause it's too small. Omg I really hope when you go there in 8 days it's grown bigger and there is nb!
