Ahhhhh Quinn was a nitemare last night 
soooo tired today x
He wouldn't settle from 11pm-3am he slept on me for about half hr to hr about 1 I think his tummy was hurting as I was rubbing it an he was passing wind and then settlw for 10mins but then would wake crying again
Finally went in his moses basket at 4-6 then fed and back to sleep in basket 6.30 -8.15 xx
I wanted to scream last night - sleep deprivation is worse form of torture with a crying/unsettled baby
Had a friend visit today an she brought me gorgeous yellow roses my favourite flowers jus as my others hsd died and u threw out tues
Quinn was spoilt too but all stuff she'd bought will take a LONG while before it fits him bless him xx

Quinn has a touch of colic spoken to HV an she said try infacol
Had infacol since yesterday an we had loads of wind up an big man farts an he seems more content so fx this will help as wednesday night was aweful xx last night was a bit better and he's feeding better too x x
Had a massive poo last night so I think that helped xx
1 of my close friends twin brothers is in intensive care he has been an alcoholic and drug user for many years and despite all the help we've been unable to get through to him x he has pysch issues too bipolar disorder and pyscitafrenic x well he has attempted suicide many times but this time he threw himself in front of a truck 
and subsequently has 2 bleeds on the brain its jus soooo sad xx fx he pulls through an can be detoxed and get the psychological help he so very much needs x so sad especially hes only 27!!

DW. I hope your friend's brother will make a full recovery & find some way to work through his problems. I understand how hard it is to watch someone you love seem intent on destroying their life. Its heartbreaking & the feeling of powerlessness is almost crippling. They're in my thoughts.- Joined

Well my boy had a trip to tenby yesterday and we got him a personalised new blankie xx I love it it's gorgeous xx
This morning me an my mum battled to do his foot and hand prints xx

He is tiny xx
His tiny baby clothes with enclosed feet is too small for him now xx
but newborn are still massive on him, the newborn trousers fit him nice but the tops and babygrows are huge xx

6lbs 10oz he is now!! Just Gone over 9th centile so definitely had growth spirt this wk HV said as he's been feeding every 1.5hrs recently xx

Sat here in tears I cant do this 
He eats and sleeps perfect in day so why or why doesn't he at night x im truely exhausted
Tried to settle him from 9 eventually went down at 11 woke at 12.15 so had about hour sleep x
Hubby an I jus had a spat cos he says hes not been asleep when he has and says he'll sit upright with me as arguments will start an resentment kick in blaa blaa like his 1st marriage x
I cant listen to anymore shit about how he didnt sleep when George was born etc an contributed to break down of their marriage
He's now gone down to the spare room and I said ill try settle him but if he doesn't if he gets like 3hrs and ill call him and well swap anhe can give formula cos I physical cant do this anymore x

My electric pump arrived tommee tippee - I washed quickly steralised it (comes with a box to steralise it )
4mins an 2oz from right boob, 5mins 1.5oz from left!!! (I fed quinn on left last)
Hurrah hurrah
Quinn definitely prefers bottle at night - bottle at 1am was back asleep by half past woke at 4.20 an took an hour to feed from boob x
So im gona express solely for those 2 night feeds xx

Hv jus been Quinn is 7lbs 5oz!!! He's put 11oz on in a wk!!!
Hv thinks he has silent reflux an I noticed on thurs a lump above his willy which looked like a teste had moved as this can happen but nope she examined him an thinks he has a hernia and is in pain
Jus been rushed to gp for emergency appointment for him xx I feel awful

Jus realised I haven't updated in here after out ordeal Tuesday x

Hv thinks he has silent reflux an I noticed on thurs a lump above his willy which looked like a teste had moved as this can happen but nope she examined him an thinks he has a hernia and is in pain x went to emergency gp appointment and they sent us as emergency to hospital to get checked by paeds she said its a big inginual hernia x
Took ages to be seen then they had to discuss with specialist in Cardiff and he may need to go there to be assessed and query for surgery x
There's bowel in the hernia so can get obstructed quite easily - if that happens its emergency surgery x
Junior dr says its a grey area and its Up to Cardiff 50-50 if they leave it an monitor or if they operate xx
Going to give him ranitadine for reflux definitely xx
We're home now finally yay!!
Cardiff surgeons will see us in a few weeks for an outpatient appointment x and gotta look out for signs of obstruction in meantime and go straight back as emergency if I think he's obstructing xx

Well he's had the ranitadine since Wednesday and its not made a massive improvement x
Then Thursday ~
Been to gp emergency drs appointment as been up loads in night with diarrhoea and feel rough x
Quinn poo turned bright green too so brought him to get checked by dr too x
Ive got Gastroenteritis or viral diarrhea
Can take 24hrs-7 days to clear hoping and praying for the least x
Buscopan is safe in bf so got that for the cramps and have to take dioralyte regularly through day xx
Quinn is fine - green poo probs due to me know being well but as long as he's feeding - wet nappies and not projectile vomiting then he's ok xx
