well he bf then gave him 1oz formula @11pm an he woke 1.15am so thats much better xx
hes on the breast now so going to do soley breast this feed and see what happens x ive got another bottleof sterilised water ready but will see how it goes cos hes soooo good in day hopefully its jus that 1 to settle he needs top up with xx

I am very happy mummy this morning this is a routine I can cope with best night sooo far xx

I was shattered yesterday after a long walk with the family and then hubbys family visiting in afternoon x got quite upset telling them my ordeal in hospital x first time ive had to run through the whole event x
well last night was another decent night

2.30am bf
3am asleep
4.30am bf & 1oz formula
5am asleep
8am bf & awake

he solely bf in day so im still happy to give him these small top ups at night xx

had alot quieter day yesterday and felt better xx
Quinn was bit sick yesterday and fussy at breast - I had medium curry sat night and I think its effected milk too much x so no more curry for me x

last night was a decent night xx

(vomited alot after breast therefore more formula given)

Yay yay yay he's put on 2oz!!! He's now 5lbs 3.5oz!!!
Super happy mummy now
All ok with our other checks too except they had to repeat his heel prick last sample was rejected as insufficient blood but this time he bled much better mw said "they sent me as I'm tougher than the others at getting difficult blood" lol xx ive only met this 1 once in clinic but very efficient xx
She trimmed my stitches too as they were pulling at ends too much left outside too dissolve! !
So all in all very good visit - will see next on Monday to hopefully be discharged

Well last night wasnt so good x he seems to be really fussy between 3-5am which is not fun

Jus been to gp - registered lil man and seen dr about my bp - saw nice young dr who looked up protocol of pre eclampsia post birth (he only been gp for a month bless was in hospital setting before that) my bp was 130/90 which is borderline to continue treatment so he went and discussed with a senior gp and they decided to half my dose to 50mg BD and review in a week xx
I liked having a new gp means he's looking up things without making rash decisions an asks for guidance when he didnt know something xx

Health visitor coming at 11 xx 1st visit x im a lil nervous xx

Well the lil man weighed 5lbs 5oz when the health visitor came super chuffwd he's putting on weight xx he loves the booby milk so jus sooo pleased its doing the job

My mum an her bf been visiting this weekend and its been lovely xx went to the pub yesterday for the rugby an lil man was excellent xx bf going really well in public too

Well its my 1st mother's day today had a lovely card and a personalised mug but obviously the best present of all is that he's here safely xx

Well my lil man finally went poo poo last night after 2days of not going x never thought I'd be excited and relieved to see poo poo's xx

We got discharged by mw yesterday my little man doing super
Health visitor coming again today xx fx she'll weigh him again xx

Jus seen by health visitor and Quinn is now 5lbs 10.5oz yay!!! HV very happy with him xx jaundice all gone he's nice an pink xx
