Thanks MissJ. Don't feel too bad about it really, felt a bit down when it was definitely here because I guess I'd been hoping that despite the cramping & coloured discharge that perhaps I could still get a bfp.

Going to take it easy this cycle & not even worry about which CD I'm on so hopefully the relaxed approach will work.
