Its not high but i have low blood pressure normally. looking at my notes my lowest was 60/50.
 
Just a random question really - is anyone else absolutely desperate to meet their little one and finally become a little family but at the same time absolutely freaking out that they are not ready and don't know anything about being a mum!!!!!!!! Hope it's just not me! lol. x

Oh thank goodness for that JennyF!!! I am so pleased to know I'm not alone. Every day I think about something else that I feel like I should know about but don't like how many blankets or sheets I need to have for every weather condition!!!!! Can't wait for bumply to be here and then I'm sure it won't matter at all! :dance:
 
Hi ladies, how are we all? Curry and bouncing on ball time for me. i dont even really like curry lol. My ball is the only comfy place at the minute, my bits have been having pains now and again. So hope thats a good sign and baby is moving further downwards x

Ive got a nice curry tonight aswell! :) and im sure i will be on my ball tonight to, the only place im comfortable as had MW today after suffering the past 2 days with a really painful foof, which turns out isnt baby moving down, its just my dreaded SPD!

We went out shopping today and OH bought me the Bouncer i loved (even tho we already have one, was Brookes when she was a baby) :) also got him a few more clothes! im going to post a pic of my bouncer for you all in here, just because i love it sooo much :) xx

Hi girlies!! Gonna try my hardest to sleep tonight, if not I'm gonna see my GP cos even my widwife is concerned now its been going on too long and I need my energy to give birth....

Everyone else - hope we all start feeling more comfortable soon eh? What a nightmare this heat is, SPD, trying to roll over in bed.....need I go on...?
For those on due date or close - I got everything crossed for you guys
I spent 2 and half hours in hairdresser this afternoon - got my roots done and its sure perked me up! My car been off road for a year and half as using my sister's while she was away and now she's taking her car back this weekend. I could not get my car open, never mind started. I have however used brute force and ignorance, got the bonnet open, got it jump started and then it would not budge cos brakes siezed. Hammered them with a bit metal and freed them off!! Took car for a spin and brakes sounded like a bag of gravel but managed to free everything off and now my service light (get car to garage light) has gone off!! I can now get it off for MOT tomorrow and hopefully I will have a car next week after all!! Amazing what a pregnant lady can do when she sets her mind to it? I'm so glad I never left it for hubby to do..... BUT - my mobile decided to pack in today and I feel like I've lost a limb... Got to go to Vodafone shop tomorrow and see if they will send it off for repair - what a bugger! Oh and on a very very happy note, tax credits decided to send me lots of money due to me!! I did not expect it so it is a total bonus!! Think I will go and buy my reusable nappies now....
I'm rambling Aren't I......? lol

Thanks kelly and jacki :) hope you girls are well. Still preggers and so uncomfortable :-(, pains are bad and I'm just not enjoying pregnancy that much anymore, just really want baba to be here. My next mw appt is Tuesday and if she hasn't arrived by then I can have the sweep if I wish.

Hope all girlies and bumpies are doing good xxx

Ah huni, hope the pains are a bit manageable today. Are you going to have the sweep if you can? I have my MW on Wednesday and she's not mentioned it, I hope she does offer it as I think its time for baby to come now. I'm a bit fed up of looking at every niggle and thinking is this it?

I'm glad the weathers cooled down a bit, I slept better last night than any other this week. I got very sunburnt yesterday and I only sat outside for an hour.

more ball bouncing and walking are needed today I think xx

so just thought i should update you all, still no signs of my little man coming, though at my mw appointment yesterday she said i could be in the very early stages of labour and if so it's likely to be very slow! not holding out much hope though as nothing is at all regular! hoping to go for a little walk today and spend some more time bouncing on my ball!

scottishlassie- hope your little one decides to arrive for you soon, it can't be nice for you being in pain all the time! i think i'd be really stressed and wanting him out if my pregnancy hadn't been so easy! hopefully not to long for either of us though! x
 
Hiya jacki, yeah I think I'm going to have the sweep. I know they don't always work but it's worth a try, LO has been wriggling away and pushing down hard into my pelvis, painful :-(. At my last mw appt the mw said her head is very engaged and locked in so no chance of bobbing back out and labour is imminent! But could still be a while :-( and I'm just so fed up with these pains, I'm getting hardly any sleep and everything is a hassle, I'm ready for her to come, she just might need a little encouragement :p. Hope the mw mentions it to you hun, could always just bring it up, your little one is fully cooked now so would be okay :).

Spice my pregnancy has actually been really easy up until the end, but i think alot of us get like this, just totally fed up with pains and being so big, struggling to get off the sofa etc! Hope things are progressing for you hun and we are holding our babas soon :)

Well, we have only had girls born so far (Jazz, Songbird, Hannahsbaby and Excitedmum2b)! Cant wait for our 1st boy! :)

Spice - So are you in slow labour?? Have you had a sweep?
Scottishlassie - Hope LO arrives before Tuesday so you dont have to have the sweep!

Cant Believe im in single figures now! Exciting

Had a hot curry yesterday, but im quite use to spicy/hot food, so didnt do anything (not even make me go to the loo sorry TMI) but was still yummy :)

don't forget tinytoes! she had her little girl too :) (though she was over due and i think she was supposed to be a july mummy but ended up a august mummy! i think)

er i don't really think i am, she only thinks it as she was describing what a sweep would feel like and what they do ect and i said thats what all the pains i'd had the night before felt like, but hadn't had them since! though had exactly the same last night, around the same time and have had a few this morning but nothing that makes me think it could be labour, just kinda feels like stronger engagement pains!
as it's my first she won't give me a sweep till 41 weeks, but as she's on holiday now for two weeks i'm booked in for a sweep on friday at a different clinic! hopefully wont need it though!

other than being over due (which i actually don't really mind as my MIL decided not to come visit :)) i'm still feeling like my normal self, which mw and OH still can't believe! hope everyone else is having a nice week end x
 
Well, this is it.... mine & OH's last weekend EVER as a childless couple!

Spending some quality time together and probably won't be on here much until tomorrow night. Hope you're all well xx
 
Evening all, I've had a tight and achy tummy for most of the day so have been sat on my ball and had a bounce etc. I've also had some backache and shooting pains down in my lady bits. My mum came over to see us before and she said I was flushed and that she thinks I'm going to go tonight or tomorrow! We'll see I guess :) xx
