What a shock!! I have backache yet again, so I've decided to come for a bath as I'm also have tightening which I presume are BH just these's ones are a little uncomfortable unlike my normal ones, have had 5-6 in the past hour!

Thanks Spice, that's SO helpful - like Lulu said it is gobble-de-gook isn't it? She was shouting it out to her assistant woman and I was like eh? But at least things are moving in the right direction, yay!

Well bath was lovely, my auntie bought me a nice lavender bath set so I just laid back and enjoyed it! Still getting the tightening but haven't had as many as I did the previous hour! So just going to have a RLT and a bounce.. Xx

Happy August!! Please can I be an august mummy? Tonight was watching tv and got such a hot flush I had to run (well hobble) to back door for immediate air.... Was awful! My 36 week appointment tomorrow Im catching up with you all....

Talking of hot flushes.... bloomin 'eck, I can't stand this heat! Was up til 4am last night because I couldn't stand being in bed with OH and 2 people's body heat. Yuck. I've made myself lots of no-added-sugar squash ice lollies and decided not to do ANYTHING today. There's laundry & ironing to be done but I don't care, it can wait.

I seem to be suffering from constant dull ache in my lower back, too, which doesn't help *moan moan moan moan* Sorry ladies! x

I know exactly what you mean about bed sharing in this heat! OH is on 2 weeks holiday at the moment which is nice, BUT i was use to having the bed all to myself due to him working nights, and im getting so angry at the fact i have to share the bed (not his fault) just i get sooooo grumpy if i cant sleep and then when i finally do get to sleep he wakes me up asking me to stop snoring, or i need a wee!!!

Backache has become part of my everyday life now it seems!

Enjoy the ice lollies, Brooke has eaten all mine!

i am sooooooooo tired, i can't sleep hardly at all at night, need about 5 naps during the day, have no energy!
i am trying to get my sleeps in now before LO is born, but it seems impossible.
other than that, having a good day x

My next door neighbour decided he had to fit his new kitchen last nite so he was hammering and drilling until 2am so i couldnt get to sleep
Wish the braxton hicks would go away.
Oh well will all be worth it in the end.

Emerald - hammering and drilling until 2am?! That's unreal - I would be so angry. My sleep is really all over the place as it is, so uncomfy all the time, pains, needing to pee, the list goes on as you all know! With you on the braxton hicks hun they are driving me nuts. Really can't wait for baba to be here. Xx

I haven't slept properly for the last two nights, in the end I gave in and had a nap this arvo in the nursery. Woke up and was sweating though - the heat is a killer!

I had three ice lollies today - needed them so bad! Hope it rains tonight x

I've got mixed emotions about it really kelly, I'm bricking labour like - just hope it goes smoothly as possible, pretty nervous though. And I'm really excited too because baba will be here soon! I can't believe I'm finally here and it's going to happen really soon. How are you doin hun? Glad that your wee man has managed to keep cooking away xx

Its gone so quick hasnt it, im sure everything will be fine, Just so you know i had a fantastic labour with brooke, so there is hope it wont all be 'the worst pain in the world' that everyone tells us its like.. think the key is just to keep calm and in control! which is easier said than done i know!

I know he is doing well bless him, i feel good at the min, apart from having backache pretty much everyday now, but im quite happy to keep going for another 12/13 days till due date.. i have a feeling that he will be overdue now just to make a point.. but what will be, will be, he will just come when he is ready!

We are both good thanks I think Katrina is heading for a growth spurt lots of feeding the last couple of days she is a very chilled baby loves to just watch the world go by as long as she is fed and clean lol. Bet you all can't wait to have your little bundles of joy. Really looking forward to reading some labour threads I can't believe I didn't have time for one
