I LOVE the name Brooke!!! Choose it, Choose It, Choose it!! Hehe Brooke Billington! I only know my Brooke, no others in her school and don't know anyone else with that name!! Not trying to force you into choosing that name or anything lol

Well I don't think it really tastes of anything! I left the bag in for 5mins so I know I left it in long enough! I'm not bothered about it not tasting of anything, least I know I will drink it! x

I really like it too - it is too cute (even if I do say so myself) and I know no other Brooke's other than yours either - hehe!

I quite like drinking it too, thinking it's gonna help with the second stage, as am panicking a bit about the labour experience now x

My labour with Brooke must of been the easiest labour EVER!! So hoping this labour will be the same!! Doubt it tho! I think that's why I'm so relaxed about it, I'm quite excited actually!

ARGHHH!!!

I just walked all the way to my doctors to go to my MW appointment that has been booked for 2 weeks... and apparently i havent got a appointment today!!! ** Its written on my bloody notes** so got told to go home, got a appointment thursday which i told her i can't go to as im at the hospital for my growth scan and depending on how that goes ive got physio appointment aswell, so wont be back in time for the appointment! (she still didnt change it for me) so im now back home, with no MW appointment, and i have to wait for a phone call from MW now, i hope she says come back on later today... ive pee'd in a bottle and everything!!

Sorry rant over!!

Oh hun, what a bloody nightmare! Is it baby brain kicking in?

I got my ball, had a little bounce, it's dead comfy too. BUT, I may have to lay off the RLT, it's giving me quite strong BH - well, I think it's BH, tightenings across the top of my bump which I wasn't having before... Not wanting to do anything to spur LO on this early... so might cut back to one cup every other day!

Jacki - not sure what I'm meant to do on the ball either, I just had a little wriggle LOL! x

i would understand if i got it wrong... but my MW wrote the date on my notes and booked it.. so i just turned up!!.. i know it sounds stupid but with all the monitoring i had to have with charlie last week, its been a week since i was last monitored and i just wanted to make sure he was ok! still waiting on her phone call! plus i love going to my MW appointments, so was a little bit gutted that i didnt get to hear him plus i wanted to find out what i was measuring?

I get BH quite often at least 2-3 a day some times more (last thurs i had loads, remember because i was panicking as it was the same day i went into labour with Brooke) im just drinking my RLT now..

Its really comfy isnt it.. i tried to be brave last night, i was sitting on my ball having a bounce eating a ice lolly with my feet in the foot spa... (only in pregnancy could that be seen as a normal thing to do hehe) but didnt really feel stable, so had to just sit still, i would of seen myself falling off ol

I didn't even click about that! But thinking about it the midwife at my antenatal classes said the same, unless it's been ok-ed by your midwife first.... ?? xx

but why? if it only ment to help tone your tummy muscles to make the second stage go easier apparently its not ment to bring on labour so dont understand why i shouldnt be allowed to drink it?? strange .. well will ask MW if she ever bloody rings me!..

Yeah deffo speak to the mw, hope she rings you back hun! It's okay, i google lots of things and babycentre comes up all the time with articles, i normally find it quite helpful , just when i read that bit i thought of you, doesn't give a reason why though, but must be there for some sort of reason i'd assume xxx

Oh I thought you meant it was wrote down and you read it wrong, bloody MW. Hope she rings you soon. Could they not have squeezed you in? My appts are never very long.

I think they are BH but not 100%, they are definite tightenings so I think they must be

Yeah I really like the ball - my friend got the same one last week and hers is blue but mine is pink - spookily enough we both said "does it mean she's having a boy and I'm having a girl?" Eeeeek! So desperate to know! x

haven't read the link but my mum had me at 30+4 and she drank RLT with my lil bro and he was born on his due date she never got told she shouldn't drink it!

also it says not to drink it if you drank it with your first pregnancy, which also makes no sense as like you said its about the muscles not changing the hormones, as its hormones that bring on labour!

i want a ball my tesco's is to small and i cant get to the big one

Kelly the same happened to me last week at my 34 week MW, got there and the receptionist said I wasn't booked in, yet we had the slip with the appt on and the other Receptionist who was on hols last week clearly said to me she was putting us as the emergency appt as it was just before our Antenatal class, luckily the MW's are lovely there and seen us anyway. Don't see them now til 37 weeks eek!!
I'll try and have a little bounce on the ball later, do we literally bounce as if it was a space hopper lol?
Got my RLT today, just got the Clipper tea bags, shall I just have one a day? X

Well she never called, so i walked back to the doctors and asked if she would fit me in.. and she did.. BUT i forgot to ask about the RLT.. il ask MW at hospital on Thursday (if i remember).. still measuring under the line on the growth chart so measure 31cm at 34wks.. but least he is still growing.

Spice - Thats good to know. it doesnt make any sense does it, as they always say it doesnt bring on labour so whats the problem??

Jen - Mines Blue!! perhaps it does mean something..lol you might have a little Brooke in there!
