My bad mood could have been cause im ill. I have a stinking headache. So I came to bed a while ago. But then my tummy started hurting and I feel sick again.

Oh Kelly! I hope you start feeling better soon, now isnt the time to be ill is it fingers crossed you feel better when you wake today!

I managed a good 4.5 h sleep earlier with only 2 wee breaks but couldn't settle after my 3rd so I've gotton up. Hubby brought me some ovaltine so I'm trying that.

I've decided I don't like ovaltine and now Ive used up all the milk LOL!

No plans for today so hopefully ill go back to bed in an hour or so. Frustrating as the last 2 days I've had to get up by 8 but I've really struggled, today I promised myself a lie in and here I am, at 5 am ! Always the way, isn't it.

Anyway hope we have some exciting news today and good luck Denise!

Morning girls. Had to have a, wee break last night so didn't sleep quite as well as couldn't get back to sleep for nearly an hour but could have been worse.
Good luck Denise for later. I hope you get a lovely smooth induction hun.

Hubby told me we have no milk as it had gone off so no cornflakes for me, gutted! I have them every morning! I might have to actually leave the house today and go shopping!

I got all upset in bed last night as we're going away this weekend for our last one together and I suddenly felt scared as it'll soon no longer be just us. I can't quite imagine it somehow! Eeeeeek. He said it'll be the three of us soon and not to worry as it'll be even better. Bless him. Xxx

Morning ladies....

Oh spinsugar thats poo, ur always guaranteed to be wide awake on ur day off, hopefully ul be back to sleep now & get a nice lie in.

Im up this morning early by force, had to drive oh to work so thats me up Todays plan is to do a big tesco shop & cook up some dinners for freezing. Dreading the shop, il be panting around the aisles & struggling with trolly. Men are extremely useful at these points lol. Plus il prob end up eating more than il freeze but i think il be grateful in a couple of weeks for it .

A nap is DEF on cards today too among all that.

Hope ur feeling better today kelly, stay in bed & rest up.

And hope the rest of yous ladies are well, any signs of babies? Good luck to all who have appointments today x

Good luck for your induction Denise!
I had a disturbed night kept getting cramps in my back after my sweep, managed to fall asleep from about 12:30 - 3 woke up because I needed the loo and that got the cramps going again and had some bleeding which I'm not 100% sure was my show or not! Got up when my boyfriend went to work at 5 still having cramps and now they've completely gone so I don't know what's going on!
I kind of wish my sweep had been earlier on in the day yesterday so I could of gone and had a walk and maybe kept things going! Oh well we'll see if the pains come back! X

Meanwhile I just remembered I had a really weird dream that they checked my cervix and could tell I had no waters left and were worried about baby drying out....odd. I haven't woken up in a puddle or anything!

Today I'm making cupcakes with dd, then mum is taking her out for an hour and coming back with another little friend for her to play with.

Tomorrow is hubby's day off. We're DIYing.

That's the plans for now. Gotta fill these days up so they don't drag!

Yesterday went quick. Play date in the morning. Sainsbury in pm. Dexter in evening

Today I'm making cupcakes with dd, then mum is taking her out for an hour and coming back with another little friend for her to play with.

Tomorrow is hubby's day off. We're DIYing.

That's the plans for now. Gotta fill these days up so they don't drag!

Ooh I just bought dexter box set as I didn't watch it and it sounds good. My son is at rugby training today so I might have to start on the box set!

Dexter is awesome. We only started watching it in January. Watched them all within about 3 months! It's painful having to watch just one a week now!

It's frustrating isn't it? Every twinge I think oh is it back?! I have nothing to do today either!
I'm seeing my midwife tomorrow and had booked a sweep with her last week for tomorrow but I don't know whether that's too short a gap to do another or if I can face another one! Fingers crossed I won't need one! And fingers crossed yours works too! X

Lydia good luck with scan hope baby isnt breech and jsut being naughty keep us in the loop and thinking of you

had our scan yesterday:
Checked placenta and is looking good for 38+5 days. flow to baby was checked and no problems
fluid checked they expect to see at least 3cm i had 5cm so she has enough fluid there
checked heart chambers all good
checked measurements - shes had a growth spurt and her tummy has got bigger, which means shes eating well ha... but they estimated her to be 8lb 10oz already!!!!!!!!! so looks like i might be having a 9 pounder
her bladder was full which means shes drinking and weeing which is good
and she was doing practice breathing on and off as her diaphragm was moving on and off which was mad
shes head down but laying sideways so hopefully she will move soon!!!
put my mind at ease for sure

am shattered today dont seem to be able to stay in bed for longer than 6 hours and still up in night for wee breaks, hot etc,
have booked up this week and now wish i hadnt
have friend for lunch today with her two kids!! she lives in dubai so cant even cancel her

morning ladies i slept suprisingly well last night.
got mw apointment tomrrow after thinking i was going to have to miss this one because she was off and she said she would give me a sweep but im only going to be 39 weeks so not sure if shes got her dates mixed up not that i will refuse if she offers me one lol then spending the rest of the day tommorow at the local agricultrial show with mum and LO so going to.take it easy today because i will be on my feet all day tommorow.

got alk excited last night as had loads of tightenings that where really quite uncomfortable but must have just been bh

positive glad scan was all good acording to my last growth scan baby is going to be well over 9lb aswell but someone once told me that ultra sounds really are not very accurate for estimating weights so im trying not to worry about it

Woke with a headache, but other than that, feel better than last night. A few paracetamol seemed to do the trick and got me off to sleep.
i have my 38 week appointment today - although i guess really its my 40 week one. Looking forward to seeing what will happen from here fingers crossed she gives me a date for a sweep or something. or ill leave very unhappy lol xx

Thanks spinsugar - i still have a bit of a headache, but other than i'm fairly okay. Yay!
Oh i had some ovaltine in a bounty pack.. but didn't try it. Quite glad i didn't now.

Aww umbongo enjoy your weekend together. It is odd though Its quite hard to imagine. Nice dream too btw lol. Mine involved crying my eyes out as i missed my mw appointment because i was getting a psychic reading that was taking forever, i was having this reading for about 4 hours!

Good luck with your cooking today Here's hoping i gotta pop to Tesco. Luckily not with a trolley.

Quick update - if I was at all unsure that I had had my bloody show last night....I'm not unsure any more! Just been to the loo and that was definitely it! Arghhhh so now I'm just waiting for anything/something to happen! Xxx
