i think it will be buggy1 who goes first as well even tho im hopin like we all are that i will be the first!! lol i dont know how the hell im gonna manage another 3 weeks if i go that far over!! its absolutely killin me now ! im in no fit state to do anythin and i just wanna pop!

spinsugar , it took aggeess for my hair to take to dark . it went on fine dont get me wrong but it lifts so quick the colour does. you will be seein loads of lil blonde bits for weeks when it starts comin out lol god knows how many times i had mine dyed before all the blonde was totally gone and can imagine it bein worse when ya preg cuz colour doesnt take to ya hair very well anway before its comin out !! lol i stopped havin mine done a few weeks ago mainly cuz im goin blonde from dark when my lil man is here cuz hairdresser wouldnt strip my hair whilst im preg as its not recommended. xx

Thought id pop my head in to see if any August babies have arrived in past couple days, no such luck then!! Im so exhausted its ridiculous. We are coming near the end of our decorating, new floors are down & two rooms painted. Alls that left is some papering, paint doors & painting/papering babys room (not much then lol). The place is a total mess & covered in dust but im trying not to stress too much, the deep clean will have to wait abit which is hard as im in full nesting mode. Have really been over doing it recently, was thinking all this work & stress is gona put me into labour! So for reassurance ive my hosp bag packed just incase lol. I really should be cleaning but im tired & roasted again in this heat, may just have a nap!! x

Are yous all relaxing on ur mat leave or is anyone else doing stupid & v last minute jobs?? x

seen as im too big to do anythin watsoever not a chance!! lol im lucky if i get to stand on my feet for more than 15 mins before me back caves in! lol where are you findin all this energy!? lol mind you i was like that, always up and about or had looaaddss of energy up until the 36 week mark xx

Haha...truth is i dont have the energy, im forced to. At times i could just cry, feel bit over whelmed by the amount left to do but thats on a down day. Just want everything perfect before babys here. My feet are so sore all the time & swollen, think cos im not resting enough. Just wish i could piss away off to bed for a week& come back to find the decorating fairies have finished it lol x

Im relaxing alot. Today OH and I pulled the weeds up in the back garden. We actually filled the garden bin with weeds and flowers past their time and bits of the tall bushes. That worn me out!
Yesterday it was all housework which wore me out too. Now I feel I could also nap! X

Hi ladies. I've been poking my head in here for a while but don't think I've posted anything yet. I'm 36 weeks today and just started my maternity leave so I'll have a lot more spare time so will probably be on here a lot more often!!

You all sound a lot more ready to meet your babies than I feel! We're more or less ready with the practical stuff - the nursery is ready and we've bought everything we need (or at least we think we have!), but mentally I still can't believe how quickly it's come round and don't feel anywhere near prepared to become a mummy! It still doesn't seem real yet I don't think..!

Funny, I just wanted to ask: am I the only one who doesn't feel 100% emotionally prepared to give birth. The whole idea really scares me and I don't mind baby to stay in there for more time so I'll feel more ready. Hopefully that will change by the time I hit 38 weeks.

Good luck Buggy, Kelly, Charlotte, Giz, SpinSugar and all the other August mummies being fully cooked! Your babies could come any moment! I just can't wait to read your labour stories! Xx

I recorded the series but couldn't watch it while I was early Pg made me too emotional and I was so scared something would go wrong! I still can't watch them alone but hubby reluctantly agrees to watch an episode occasionally with me!
