Had my last day today!!! Feels very strange. I got a chocolate bar from another teacher and a student got me a pressie too! So sweet. I really didn't expect anything as I work in secondary.

Potty training starts tomorrow. Dreading it. I've already attempted it. This time I'm staying home for a few days and doing nothing but watching her for signs. Whenever I do the odd day nappy free I seem to miss the moment she does a wee like if I wash up, or put the laundry on! So I'm doing nothing!

carry cot nice n settled then for you kel :D im all sorted now after me lil panick attack lol

aww kel totally understand with the sleepin thing, since my 37 week mark iv been like this :wall2: get up 2/3 times for a wee in the night and i dont even have a drink before i go bed!! and the cramps dont get better xx

on a brighter note.. the sunshine has officially pissed off down here!! lol still muggy but i can deal with muggy if the sun aint out, makes all the difference xx

Yeh lack of sleep is a bummer lol. And like u, I find it easier to sleep after 5ish cause Im sleeping better when its light. It seems to be much cooler.

I prefer the sun to it being muggy personally. Today is both here! :-( xx

So today, I woke at 2.15. Got up at 3.45 after lying aimlessly in bed looking around. Watched tv. Went to the dentist at 9 but he couldn't do much due to the pregnancy. Home at 10. Had my rlt. Then went out for a walk for about an hour. Got home, had my pineapple... now im thinking I could have a bounce on my ball. Trying to keep active. However, tiredness is kicking in big time!
Yawwwn xx

Seems like sleeps evading us all. I honestly didn't think I'd make it to the loo in time last night. Only up 4 times to wee, and up once cos the cats were meowing outside the window, oh and once for noisy seagulls!
Gave up about 7.30.
Went for a walk last night and intended to do the same today. But today I am really struggling to move! I have waddled around town and met mum for lunch so I've been a little active. Plus I have yoga tonight :-)
Whenever I walk I get really bad cramping around my pubic area and lower bump! Boo!

Xx

Hi, hope you are all doing well! Apart from not sleeping a lot.
I've just had my 36 week midwife appointment. Everything is well apart from a bladder infection which now has to be treated with antibiotics. Hopefully it will be gone soon as she said it can suddenly start labour. 36 weeks would be a bit too early for that to happen. And I still have way too many things to do.

@ mummy2b19 and Nicky: Yay to being fully cooked! Maybe not long to go now!

I'm running again to my last antenatal class. Hope you all have a lovely day! xxx

i gave in and have had a 45min snooze on couch BUT tbh might just head to bed for lay down, i need to start doing what my body wants and give in , im so stubborn

Lydia, u poor thing hope anti b's clear up the infection as long as u not feeling poorly with it

ooh hope u enjoying classes i found mine invaluable xxx

Spinsugar, yoga sounds nice :-) enjoy xx
Walking is a bigger pain now ans midwife has told me to do more.

Lydia sorry about your infection. Fingers crossed those antibiotics work quickly enough before labour. Enjoy antenatal :)

Me too! I had 45 mins on the sofa but now have a headache :-( xx

You lot are a bad influence lol :-P I read all your posts about naps and thought...ill just lie down for an hour lol. Hour and a half later...! I know ill struggle tonight now whoops.
Guess my body really needed it though!

Xx

i normally have a couple of hours in the afternoon when LO has a nap but i didnt get chance today so now im going to end up falling asleep while i listen to natal hypnotherapy cd which kind of defeats the object xx

stopped awake for the cd then fell asleep at half 8 only just woken up. ive also just realised that the 3 really huge and really sore spots on my chin have been caused by my dribbling in my sleep its disgusting ive never ever dribbled before . all my pillows have huge wet patches on when i wake up. anyone any idea how to stop it being so sore i was thinking sudocreme because that stops moisture coming in contact with babies bum??? hope everyone is having a nice evening and its not as hot and sticky with you as it is here xx

Im not sure of anything to help. But id just like to say, I woke on the sofa earlier and had dribbled all over my hand! I think I am doing it more often. Funnily enough, my skin around my chin is pretty rubbish at the moment too. X
