Just noticed tonight i have cankles. My foot itself just looks fat & spongy and i can feel it tingle & wobble when i walk!! I feel like the hulk lol. Only thing that can be said for being preg in summer is u can wear flip flops , i dont think i could squeese these monsters into a proper shoe or boot. Plus they are cramping loads more now, esp my calves in bed...ouch! Anyone else expanding too?? x

HeresHopinh, I've had a reply. Its called moxibustion (hope I've spelt that right) she has a fb page toes2heal but obv its a bit far to travel. Worth doing some local research though

Thanks for checking that out for me hun, funny some body else named that. i looked into it locally but they wouldnt do it as im over the 36 weeks. Its done between 33-36wks usually. Plus im wondering about the amount of fluid around bubs any way as the doc did loads of measurements during scan. All she said was that they wanted to check levels again next week however in my notes it says "lower level" whatever that means. Thats also made me think its mayb best not to tamper with babys position if the fluids on low side.

Lol I've the same. Waking up and my whole pillow is wet. Glad to hear I'm not the only one. Do you all suddenly start snoring sometimes as well? It sometimes wakes me up now while I never had it before. Awful!
I've 1 large pillow between my legs and that's all. Don't think I could sleep with pillows under me bump.
Yay today is raining day. Can't wait to go outside later on for a walk.
The last few days I'm feeling extremely exhausted. Every morning I get up with my OH at 7.30 to have breakfast together and afterwards I've to go straight back to bed as I just don't have energy anymore. This morning I was even too tired to get out of bed and just woke up at 10.00 still feeling absolutely knackered. Is this all normal? xxx

I sleep.with long pregnancy pillow which I hug and then if I turn to right side I have me own pillow.
Very normal to feel.drained hunny im feel same this week......these babies.take all our energy eh.

Thanks ladies! I have one of those big pillows that u can rest your head on and it goes between your legs too but I never really took to it. I might try something just between my legs tonight. I have gotten too uncomfortable now during the night so need to try some stuff to help with the aches.
Lydia, the answer to the snoring is yes! Every couple of nights ill wake myself up snoring once or twice a night lol.
Yay to rain! OH insists its going to rain here as he wont mow the lawn. So I may quickly go do it myself as it is yet to be raining.
I also got up very late today. And everytime I get up, I go straight downstairs to sit on the sofa before I have any energy for anything! Today I sat down and then washed up and now I am sitting down again! Could happily go back to bed to laze xx

I've found it easier to get energy at work, or trying to go out. At home I just have zero energy.
I'm homebound for a few days trying to get this potty training sorted. I'm going insane already!
Her nappy was off at 8am, it's now gone 11 and no wee yet!! She's being incredibly stubborn about sitting on the potty.

Happily we are all on maternity leave now so we have lots of time for extra sleep!
Yes they definitely take all of our energy! As long as it means they are growing well and are healthy it's all so worth it!
Aw Giz potty training must be so difficult! How old is your little girl? Hope she will learn it soon!

I don't get extra sleep!!!!! You first time mummy's are lucky...you make the most of being pregnant with no children!!! I know I took it for granted last time.
She's 2.5 and a handful.
I'm so bored.

Woohoo!! We've had a wee in the potty. Only took 4.5 hours!!! Surely if she can hold it that long she's ready?!
I'm going to make lunch now while I don't feel the need to watch her every second!

yey for potty training sucess
well today ive been swimming with LO and been to see my grandparents LO has just gone for a nap so i might just join her. dont know if i should go for a walk later on try and get this baby to drop down a bit but i always end up in agony .
i still just sleep with normal pillows although i have started sleeping with most of the duvet inbetween my legs because our room is so hot we dont really need it atm.

It's all gone tits up. Was on the phone for all of 6 minutes and she wee'd her pants. Then not long after I thought I was safe, so took 20 minutes to source a part for my car (it's been broken since Monday) and she poo'd her knickers.
Now I'm sat here crying my eyes out. I just want to go back to work!!! It's easier being at work. I'm not getting to sit down for very long because she always wants something. I'm desperate for a nap and can't. And I'm worried my car is going to end up costing me a grand to sort out. Just feeling a little sorry for myself right now.
