I feel so relieved. Just had my scan measuring 9 weeks and EDD 19/08/2019, to be confirmed at the nhs scan in 3 weeks.
And a little heart flickering away !!

Relief is the word ! To anybody who still wonders if it’s worth spending money on one private scan.... i will be the first one defending this ! Yes definitely ! It took such a big weight from my shoulders !

Great news Anna! How did the OH react??x

He pretended not to be terrified at first, when I was extra anxious !
Then when the Sonographers said here’s your baby and it’s heart beating and she showed us exactly where that little flicker was I could see stars in his eyes like a kid for Christmas !!!
He didn’t say much but as we walked out he said “I am impressed of the quality of the image I thought we could barely see anything! “
And bit by bit said cute little things

He’s not the kind of person who says he’s emotions out loud so that was really impressive to hear him say all that!

Fab news Anna super pleased for you hun.

I had my flu jab this morning followed by dentist check up so casual Monday morning MOT lol.

Can't wait for my 12 weeks scan...one week today. I'm feeling a little anxious now symptoms easing. Although some are still there....bit of dizziness started last couple days. And belly is def expanding.

Had a new weird symptom last 2 days. Shiney nipples! Or to be precise the area immediately around my nipple....like essentially the inner part of the areola. Anyone else had this? Xx

No, haven't had that but apparently the areolas can secrete something to keep them moist. Or might you be lactating already?x

It's weird cos not really moist as such just shiney. I have had s fee tiny specks on white on my nips but I have been known to have that when I get hormonal around AF x

One week until my 12 week scan, both excited and nervous. I feel like my symptoms are settling now.

Though yesterday and today I’ve been so ill and run down with a cold. It’s starting to settle now but i felt so rough yesterday.

Phew I'm not alone lol. Yeah maybe...everything just seems to be expanding at a rate of knots now. All of a sudden the last few days.

I thought I was over the sickness then I couldn't sleep last night I was so uncomfortable. Thought it was heartburn and gassy but after some Rennie and still uncomfortable knew it was going to be up chuck time again. Feeling a bit wary of food this morning...think it's gonna be weetabix. At least they are easy to throw up lol x

Oooh I know what you mean! Those white thing have a name! For some women it's the first sign of pregnancy! Will look it up for you!x

Are your symptoms getting better/worse? On my side I am pretty much the same with sickness being here everyday at different times to make it a surprise!
