Yep, team yellow here. Which is lucky really as the room we will use as a nursery is already yellow.

We'll be finding out when we can because my oh is so desperate to have a little girl - if it's a boy he will need time to get used to the idea!! I know he will love it whatever happens but I couldn't bear the thought of waiting till he/she is born and him being even the slightest disappointed.

Re/ the boobs talk, I'm 32D but they're definitely getting bigger and I don't like it!! I'm quite petite and at the minute they're starting to look like big stuck-on fake boobs, I'm finding it odd! And I'm not sure how/whether to think about support at night, as it's when I take my bra off and lie down they feel soooo heavy and sore.

While I'm here (and complaining apparently?!) has anyone else noticed heightened sense of smell? I'm finding myself constantly put off by strong scents when I walk into rooms or there's people near - luckily not making me feel sick but it's still not exactly nice :/

My OH would like a boy but said yesterday he'd be more than happy whatever. I used to think I would prefer a girl but since my miscarriage that has totally gone, I now genuinely have no preference, just happy and healthy
Suppose with your first it really makes no difference anyway.x

I honestly don't know.

I already have a blue-flavour so another blue would be nice as I already know what to do with a boy, plus, hand-me-downs
A pink-flavour would add variety...

Re: big boobs at night... A real soft sports bra that's more like a crop-top than a bra works wonders at night. Support without cutting off circulation.

All my life I've looked forward to my boobs growing in pregnancy (have tiny tiny boobs)! Haha. Nothing yet though! I'm team yellow, although I think when I'm actually in that room I'm going to be sooo tempted to find out! xxx

We will be staying team yellow. Agreed from ages ago when we first started trying that we wouldn't find out. We pinky swore!!! I think it's a boy though. Keep having dreams about boys!!x

My boobs have grown-OH loves it. I have relatively large boobs anyway,but he lives that they're growing!! As for heightened sense of smell I completely agree!!! OH had some cheese and onion crisps earlier,which I don't particularly like,but I started heaving when he was eating them!! Will be discouraging him from eating them in the future!!!xx

Hi ladies need some positive reassurance please. Just been to the loo and found some blood when I wiped. I had a total melt down. It was sort of brownish, so I am trying to stay positive cause I know everyone says a bit of brown blood is OK, but I am so scared after a mc earlier this year. I just don't know what to do at this time of night. I've put a pad on and will see what happens overnight. Got no pain, so it should be OK, will have to wait and see I guess

You've done the right thing. Try to rest overnight and see how things are in the morning. Not nice, but you know all the advice and there's every chance it's a passing thing. Keep us posted x

Thanks Loretta, I'm feeling a bit calmer now. Hugs from dh have helped. No more blood so far, so hopefully all OK, just major panic when I first saw it. Will try and get some rest now x

Ah Toni, try and get some sleep and then maybe ring doc/midwife in the morning for a bit of reassurance.

Hi ladies, no more blood overnight, so hopefully was a passing thing. Obviously will keep an eye on it today and will phone mw if anything else happens.

Got to phone scan unit today to get date for 12 week scan!

Hope you are all feeling super today!

We have talked about it and we will be team yellow we like the idea of a surprise!

Been feeling pretty queasy all morning to the point where I can't stomach drinking my orange juice!

Can't remember who mentioned it but smells is deffo my thing at the moment I feel like a dog i'm that sensitive, so far the ones that really get me are:
Smoking
Coffee
Leeks
Horseraddish (random I know)
Wholegrain Mustard (again random)
General cooking smells (especially at work in the kitchen, eurgh)

Seem to be adding more each day

I've not had my appointment yet but I think the general consensus is that it is too early to hear it with a doppler I think it's round the 14/16 week mark that it can be picked up. xx
