Is anyone else facing the 3rd maternity leave with the same employer and dreading telling them? I feel there's an unspoken idea in my work that 2 is acceptable 3 is taking the mickey! Obviously TTC was more important to us than my employers feelings but I still feel mega nervous and awkward about telling them. Particular as my boss was saying the other day we have had a very up and down year with staff changes and he finally feels we have settled down with a stable staff level! Xx
